Happy owner at Royal Palm Beach Resort for over 30 years. Many wonderful family vacations. Well-maintained. Extremely friendly staff. Great, convenient location. Resort was remodeled in the past 5 years and is in beautiful condition.

Beach level so no steps or elevator. Walking distance to many good restaurants. supermarket on premises, pool with swim-up bar, short drive to French side, completely rebuilt after hurricane of 2017 (all new interior walls, floors, appliances, furniture).

We have been coming to this island for 37 years. We have owned timeshare weeks, quarter share weeks and now are the proud owners of 2 Penthouses, {52 weeks in each one} at the Hilton Royal Palm Resort in Sxm. Since the reopening in 2021, the resort has made many changes, all for the better. Hilton Royal Palm is centrally located. You can easily walk to a food market, restaurants and even a casino. So renting a vehicle is not necessary here as it is in some resorts on the island. Royal Palm has its own beautiful pool and ocean swimming is right behind it. This resort has everything! Gym, salon, mart, shopping, restaurant…Enjoy!

Royal Palm Beach Resort is in a great location., close to restaurants and a grocery store. The units are spacious. They were recently renovated with quality materials. Hilton runs a great facility. On site amenities galore. It;s great fun to watch the mega yachts close up as come an go when the bridge is up! The perfect place to relax on a terrific island with beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants!

The Royal Palm is conveniently located in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of St Maarten. Entry and Parking has 24 hour Security. Easy access to shopping, dining and driving to the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Staff is as friendly and helpful as the island's reputation. Welcome Home !

Royal Palm Beach Resort is a fabulous place to stay on St. Maarten. Resort was fully renovated in 2021 with all-new kitchens, baths, furniture, etc. New owner Hilton Grand Vacations has upgraded customer service. The pool - with swim-up bar - is adjacent to a beautiful private sandy beach on Simpson Bay. Resort has shopping on the ground floor, a full-service restaurant, activities desk for booking excursions like horseback riding, snorkel/scuba trips, and visits to nearby islands. Walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, amenities. And visit as many gorgeous beaches as you can!

Beautiful ocean front resort on Dutch side of St Martin .Nice ocean front 2/2 that sleeps six with king,queen and pull out. You get to experience tropical Netherlands and France on one island without flying across the Atlantic Ocean!

This is a beautiful resort with an ocean view that is breathtaking. We have been traveling to this location over 25 years. It is comfortable and easy and very clean.

A great location in Simpson Bay. Stores and restaurants easily in walking distance. All rooms have been remodeled and have ocean view with balconies, as well as full kitchens. I like the resort restaurant, as well as the swim up bar and pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We rented from an owner and didn,t have to pay the tax and the resort fee. This was quite a savings.

We stayed at the Royal Palm Beach in February. We had a very large two bedroom unit that is totally remodeled with granite countertops, all new appliances and furniture. The unit also has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Very good location if you want to walk to restaurants, clubs and casinos. If you are looking for a serene vacation in a less populated part of the island, you might want to go to the French side.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great vacation and will return to the Royal Palm Beach club soon.

This is the best location to visit in all of St Maarten. The resort has just been completely renovated. you are walking distance to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
