Even though this is a studio jr. 4, it is rather spacious and has a full kitchen. You have privacy when you separate studio into 2 rooms. We were delighted to have an ocean view from a nice size balcony. Eating on the beach in their restaurant was romantic.

Best decision we've made for our family. Look forward to it every year!

Perfect location for a Caribbean experience — Great restaurants/entertainment and grocers within walking distance. Relax by the HUGE pool or under a Palapa on the Beach enjoying a tropical beverage. Doesn’t get any better than this!

We have owned our timeshare at Flamingo Beach Resort for over 30 years and return annually, or more often. The resort is casual, comfortable and very friendly. The two beaches are both ideal, and a bit different, one is our favorite place to sit to watch the sunset, the other is more beach activity oriented. The pool and garden and outdoor firepit and outdoor kitchen are amazing. Location couldn't be better--near shopping, restaurants, the airport, and activities.

We visited the resort in the week of May 20. The resort was under reconstruction. The beach was beautiful. We did visit friends at Oyster Bay Beach resort. We snorkeled at Oyster Bay, and we found very few fishes and lot of seaweeds on the sand beach. The beach at Flamingo was clean and wide. We found variety fishes when snorkeling around the reefs. The huts are nice shades. We love to snorkel and swimming at the beach. The room is facing south-west. It is a fabulous view to watch sunset. The room is clean and remodeled with marble bathroom floor and walls. The material of the cabinets is much higher class than the Oyster Bay that we visited. The swimming was nice but not as nice as Oyster Bay beach resort. Everything else other than swimming pool is nicer.

The location is central. We love the food at Boat House. We went to Hollywood Casino one night playing the nickel machine with $20. We won $120. I was happy with the returns.

We visited beaches of Orient beach and Mullet Bay. Both beaches were beautiful. We took a ride with wave runner to the island of Orient beach for $20 run trip. There were crowds of fishes. The other people went there brought pairs of hiking shoes. They said that they saw the carols and sinking ships on the other side of the island. The rocks were too sharp. We could not walk on them with bare feet. We also took a Prickly island trip. That was a very enjoyable trip with open bar and great snorkeling place. We saw sea turtles...

The resort does a great job of maintaining the property. The location is central to the airport, Marigot and Phillipsburg. There are also a number of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is got great beach chairs, and Palapas.

We love the resort and especially the beach, but the pool area is awesome. It is close to everything in Simpson Bay. We have stayed here many times.

Flamingo Beach is in an ideal location on Simpson Bay. The resort was completely remodeled after Hurricane Irma in 2017. The resort has all of the amenities anyone could need. There is excellent dining options withing walking distance as well as a short cab ride away .

Right in the heart of Simpson Bay--great location, an abundance of great food, drink, tours, and casinos in walking distance, friendly staff, clean, quiet and comfortable-will not disappoint!

The unit was renovated after Irma and everything is in new condition. The sliding door moves easily and is hurricane proof which shuts out any noise you do not want to hear.. Open the door and listen to the sound of the waves, while lying in your king size bed with lovely linens.. Enjoy

Located right on the beach with an onsite restaurant and bar. Our outdoor pool is framed by sea views on two sides. Hollywood Casino is around the corner along with several restaurants, including Juliette’s Bistro and The Red Piano Lounge. Watersports and diving are down the road. Hiking and horseback riding are within three kilometers.
