    Loved it!!! Exchanged my 2 Bedroom in New Smyrna Beach for a 1 Bedroom. (That is all I could get on the West Coast.) The only disappointment was that the 1 Bedroom was very small -- but then who cares when you are on vacation.

    Our family of four visited in June of 1997. Very good location with no pressure to buy or even view. Large pool was nice, good food locations nearby. We were in unit 107- one bedroom. Average to small rooms. Looked as if property was at one-time a motel. Overall- fair trade with great location. They have a 1 in 4 rule but that really would have effected us as we liked this visit but figure that you can do better.
