The Westin St. John - Bay Vista Villas Reviews & Ratings

Our family of six just got back from a week at the Westin Bay Vista villas. We just loved it! We stayed in a huge two bedroom unit in BAY VISTA section of the resort and it was great for our big family. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and lunch and even grilled dinner a few nights. The BAY VISTA villas are on the resort side of the road (as opposed to the Virgin Grand villas that are across the street and up a steep hill) and it was really convenient to all the fun activities on the resort side. We used the pool and beach everyday and played tennis and pickleball as well. There was no competition for lounge chairs at the pool like other resorts we've been to. That was really nice, especially with 6 people. There is also a car rental place on the Westin property (O'Connors Jeeps) and we rented a car for a few days and went to the most beautiful beaches we have ever been to- Honeymoon Beach, Hawksnest Beach, Trunk Beach and Cinnamon Bay Beach. You can keep your jeep in the lot on property (no fee) and it's just a two minute walk from the villa. Overall, I can say it was a 5 star + vacation and we will definitely be back!

This is the best chill and relax vacation location on the planet. Great resort with private beach and less than a mile from town which is awesome, chill restaurants and bars. Timeshare is amazing with tons of room for your croud.

Three bedroom units have three balconies, three full baths and a full kitchen including laundry. This unit is on the second floor with an elevator. Nice view of the Bay. Building 24 is the closest to the taxi stand, lobby and deli.

Beautiful view or resort and Cruz Bay. Lots of activities for young and old. Everything is available at your fingertips! The perfect Caribbean Escape!

We booked for our honeymoon at the Westin St. John resort and loved it so much we purchased 2 weeks of timeshares. The people are wonderful and see to your every need. The lofted 2-bedroom is spacious and has everything you could need for a vacation. The atmosphere is relaxing and re-energizing!

Westin St John Bay Vista is a fabulous unit in a absolutely wonderful resort on the beautiful island of St John, USVI. The unit and grounds are well managed and staffed, and have recovered well from the hurricane of 2017. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Bay Vista units are spacious and comfortable, yet have easy access to the beach front. We've owned our Bay Vista unit for 9 years, but travel there has become more difficult as we've aged and moved further away.

This resort is the crown jewel of the entire Westin condo system. The units are spacious and luxurious. The grounds are expansive and beautiful. The island has many world-class beaches to visit, each with its own charm, and the private beach at the resort is amazing. This resort has all the makings of the most perfect beach vacation imaginable!

Our family has been coming to this resort for nearly 20 years. We just love the cozy and warm feel of the Westin as well as its proximity to Cruz Bay and the surrounding beaches and attractions. The perfect place to stay when in St. John!

We’ve been coming here for many years! Fly into St. Thomas and go to Westin area of airport and you can pay a reasonable fee to go on the Westin Highspeed Ferry! They’ll be waiting for you at the dock with a drink! You can order groceries ahead of time or walk a short distance to a large grocery store. Our friends and family think it’s the best island in the Caribbean!

Have been going annually since 2003. We love the Westin staff and service. One of most comfortable stays we’ve had in the world (not kidding)! Love to dine in Cruz Bay, snorkel with Turtles at Trunk Bay, and just check out Maho Crossroads across the way from it. Wonderful food, drink, and music.

One of the best beach vacations we've ever done! fell in love with this resort and the island! Supermarket conveniently located right outside the resort.

This resort has everything you’d ever want or need, including a serene beach and poolside with a restaurant right on the beach!!

St. John is very charming with multiple beaches to snorkel and explore. We saw wild donkeys in a remote area. If you’re lucky you might even catch Kenny Chesney giving an impromptu concert! I love this laid back island. 1000 foot elevation for those who like to hike, plus lots of boating/shopping opportunities.

I love this place! Can have quiet time to relax or get out & do all sorts of fun things. I really love having a washer/dryer on vacation. I can pack half as much & then go shopping!
