This is a solid beach timeshare. We have been going for several years and Virginia Beach has lots of fun activities during the Summer. The resort is across the street from the boardwalk and ocean. The staff is helpful and courteous. East Coast Surfing championships held yearly the end of August.

Prime location in quieter south end area, directly across from the street from beach and boardwalk. Great ocean view from balcony, perfect for morning coffee. Close to Rudee Inlet, Waterman's Restaurant, fishing pier. Friendly helpful staff strive to make your stay enjoyable. Lots to do and see in there area.

For years this was our "go to" place in Virginia Beach (all of the mid-Atlantic region actually). Howver, beginning in 2022 we began experiencing significant problems in its operation, mainly cleanliness issues. Unless things have radically changed since the summer of 2023 we would caution folks, despite its terrific location.
