Harborside Resort at Atlantis Reviews & Ratings

We are owners and frequently visit Harborside Resort. If you compare the Atlantis Hotels to the Harborside you will find the Harborside is much quieter and just as convenient. Being that cruise ship people cannot visit the Harborside and they CAN visit Atlantis it makes for an all-around more comfortable stay.

The Point Restaurant at Harborside pool overlooking the marina and Nassau is great and reasonably priced and great sunsets. Menu includes breakfast, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and dinners. They also have a good happy hour daily.

The stroll through the marina you will see all the beautiful yachts which takes your breath away and made for a lot of interesting conversation on the meaning of the names. The Marina Village you will find shops, restaurants, like Starbucks, Murray’s Deli, Pizzeria, Seafire Steakhouse, Carmines, and more you also have the Dilly Club (lounge) which has fun cocktails. There is even a short walk across the street to a small grocery store and liquor store, Dunkin Donuts and Anthony’s (good happy hour prices). Margaretville restaurant is a short 5-minute walk.

All areas on the Atlantis properties they are cashless so it is very easy to charge everything to your room for your stay.

Harborside has a shuttle from the resort to a nearby grocery store where you can pick up groceries and water for your week stay. $10 per person round trip and you get an hour to shop. Bring tip money for the grocery bag boy, as they do not work for the store. It is also good to pack a few bags to bring with. There is also now a larger grocery store on the island that we frequent often.

The Harborside kitchens are great and allow you the flexibility to eat in and store the left overs as most portions are large.

The Harborside pool area was relaxing, with a work out room, very large hot tub, outdoor shuffleboard, pool and ping-pong. Plenty of chairs and views of Nassau and Marina.

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff was great at both the Harborside and anywhere on the Atlantis properties.

It is a lot a walking on the trip but you can pick up shuttles at each resort or walk through each resort if you need your steps for the day. The insides of the resorts are beautiful along with the exterior grounds.

The DIG is another great walk through of the fish pools and aquariums. Fish feeding is also another great time to watch at the different areas. Schedules can be found on the app or the Atlantean.

The slides and beach area/lagoons, fish etc were beyond comparison. Atlantis is great for visual stimulation while walking somewhere, we were looking at sharks, manta rays, eels, turtles etc. Very beautiful, relaxing and would highly recommend the resort.

Beautiful accommodations on the harbor. Next to Marketplace shopping and restaurants. Private Harborside pool. The Point open air restaurant/bar scenic view.

Excellent for family vacation , with a myriad of activities for children and adults. Beautiful beaches and lush landscapes. Truly an island paradise.

We always have a wonderful stay at Harborside at Atlantis. The one-bedroom villa strikes a perfect balance between cozy and spacious, making it comfortable for relaxing while still feeling luxurious. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day enjoying everything the resort has to offer.

The Atlantis property itself truly lives up to its reputation as a four-diamond resort. The beaches are stunning, with the most beautiful turquoise Caribbean water, and the grounds are incredibly well maintained. One of our favorite parts is the Aquaventure water park — the waterslides that pass through aquariums filled with tropical fish, stingrays, and even sharks are a really unique experience.

The dining options were also excellent. Nobu was outstanding and definitely worth the visit, and Virgil’s BBQ was a fun and delicious casual option. There are so many restaurants and activities throughout the resort that there’s always something to do.

Overall, Atlantis is an incredible destination with amazing amenities, beautiful scenery, and great service.

We go every year to Harborside Resort at Atlantis and have never had the same trip twice because there are so many wonderful restaurants, amazing pools and beaches to go to. Staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend whether you are traveling alone or with your children or just you and your significant other or even just with a bunch of friends.

My family have been going to this resort for the past 10 years and the service and location is outstanding. The waterslides and aquariums are just some of the best. The food and nightlife are good for all ages.

Our family has been going to Harborside Resort since 2003. In that time our family has grown from 5 to 16. We absolutely love the comforts, beaches, pools, employees, and restaurants of Harborside and Atlantis. There are plentiful fun choices for each family member to enjoy. The Free shuttles to and from each Atlantis Hotel and Harborside is excellent! We can’t imagine vacationing anywhere else!

This resort is amazing, I have been going back year after year and I have never had a bad experience ever. It is my favourite place to holiday in the whole world.

Convenient enjoyable resort. Staff is helpful and pleasant. All facilities operate as does a luxury resort, requiring a $100/day deposit against which all expenses during your stay is charged, settling upon departure.

Location is 45 minutes from the Bahamas airport, near the pool, but a short hike to the ocean. Reception desk and room maintenance can always be improved.
