Outstanding opportunity for a last minute vacation. As a timeshare member, we vacation often to Harborside...great value since it is short notice.

Amazing place to get away to! The Harbourside Resort is simply awesome. They have the best staff, very attentive and top notch. Everyone is always willing to help and they make you feel like family. We visit every year and I recommend anyone going to the Bahamas to stay there.

Harborside Resort Atlantis a perfect getaway for family and friends . Pools ,beaches, restaurants, Casino, bars and the largest under water aquarium in the Caribbean ! Aqua Adventure swim with Dolphins . A vacation you'll never forget.

This is a first class property with amazing weather and a laid back atmosphere. Impacted by COVID and the hurricane a few years ago, the resilience of the place still delights. So many things to do on property or just kick back in the Harborside private pool area and soak up the sun as you watch marina yachts float in. Golf, nightlife, great restaurants all short distance away. Shuttle bus to main hotels makes it easy. A jacuzzi in the unit is fun for relaxation, the spa on the property is very good, Mosaic for meals a must. Having kitchen makes cost much cozier since you can eat in whenever best for you. Most units have nice views of gardens and the harbor, we have never been disappointed here.

So many wonderful family memories! On top of the daily visits to the water park, we took several excursions and sightseeing around the islands. So much to see and do and still have all the comforts of home with the resort facilities with full kitchens, living areas, and easy access to the stores with the shuttle.

We are owners of multiple units in Phase 1 and have been going there since 2007. We always have an amazing time whether it is just the two of us, or with or children or family. The staff at Harborside have always been super pleasant and accommodating, even we we arrived with 12 people and had 5 units reserved, we were all placed next to each other overlooking the gorgeous Atlantis Marina. We have traveled to many other resorts but nothing compares to the wide range of amenities, activities, and services at Harborside and Atlantis

Perfect Atlantis vacation for our family of 5. We rented a 2 bedroom unit in March 2020 and had a blast. We were concerned that Harborside would be far from the main Atlantis resort based on other reviews but that was not the case. It is easy to get on a number of quick 3 min shuttles to all Atlantis properties or easily walk 10-12 minutes. I travel a lot for work and was pleased that our unit furniture, carpeting and bedding was updated, clean and comfortable. The only thing that needed attention was the tile in the master shower looked a bit old and grungy. We had an issue with our AC unit, called the front desk and the tech was there within 5 minutes to replace it. Crazy fast! The only item that we waited for more than a few minutes was an extra blanket for the pull out couch. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you pack as much non perishable food in your luggage as it's quite expensive at the grocery store there.

Staff and service: Since 2008 when we bought the first of our three time shares at our home away from home, Harborside, we are taken away to where people matter and customer service still exists. It is something we look forward to every year. Some remember us each time we are there. Even though my Bahamian family are facing tax increases and other employment issues, they are still loving, welcoming, and friendly. They will win because without them, there is no Paradise Island!! Get away from the curmudgeons in your daily life and enjoy the welcoming smiles of the tropics of people that will make you feel special.

Sleep Comfort: Coming from high-altitude in Colorado to sea-level plus the most comfortable bed equals a great nights sleep. Open the blinds to the harbor full of yachts, it makes it hard to get out of bed.

My husband and I rented from Dec 9th to Dec 14, 2018. We were in Bldg 7 and our unit over looked the boats and yachts and the backside of Atlantis. We taxied from Airport each way. less than $40 each way. Room was clean, a 1 bedroom deluxe. Go to local grocery store. We did not to save on snacks and food. We purchased adult beverages, wine and mixes at the ABC store. Food was good but expensive and was not like the states. The tips were automatic added to your bills. Take insulated cups to carry drinks to pool. Take a pool float, which several people took. Included in our rental were access tickets to Atlantis, which is about $100 per person, per day. We did not access the internet, which was about $25 daily. Casino nice but not smoke free and free drinks while slotting. Go to the Fish Alley area in town, we took a taxi. Resort had bus shuttles to all the resorts. All in All, we had a nice get a way.

Excellent resort with full access to the Atlantis water park including all rides for children and adults, and the best lazy-river ride I've been on. Free access to fully equipped fitness room. Best vacation ever!

Wonderful vacation with unbelievable number of things to do with the kids. Too bad we only stayed for 7 nights. It was so much fun. Largest marine life exhibit in the world. Swim with the dolphins, sharks, etc. etc. Going to the supermarket with the van that was offered by the hotel at 10 AM each day was best for us. Entire property undergoing a major renovation. Most of the units are already completed and they are beautifully done! New furniture, new appliances, new full size refrig., new flat screen TVs, nice color tone new paint. They have done a great job in rejuvenating the property. We prepared many of our breakfast and dinner meals in our villa and brought sandwiches to the pool for lunch. Pool service also avail if you want to order a snack or a drink. Also, excellent outdoor rest. with full menu. FREE use of all the facilities at the main Atlantis Hotel, including the water park, all of the slides and water activities. Using a timeshare eliminated all fees,.... including the daily "resort fee" that Atlantis charges its guests. Many of the other local resorts/hotels also have a "Property service charge per person per night". Not at Harborside. (Dollar for dollar, we realized a much better experience.) Casino nice too! Pool at Harborside was so relaxing and refreshing, we stayed there a couple of days and enjoyed it as much as at the Atlantis. Less crowd, beautiful water, kiddie pool, health club and all kinds of games and activities. Great view from every vantage point of the room and property. They do charge for internet, but there are 2 computers in the lobby area where you can access the internet for "FREE" if you must keep in touch with the outside world. Marina filled with awesome boats. Enjoyed walking along the Marina Village admiring all of the yachts and popping into the quaint shops. Try to include a Saturday night stay-over when they have the "Junkanoo parade". It's keeping with an old Bahamas tradition and is so fantastic and so much fun for the kids. Also while in the Bahamas we recommend the MONTAGUE GARDENS STEAK AND GRILL for dinner one night. Great prices and free round trip transportation. Overall...What a GREAT VACATION !!! Can't wait to go back.

Best Vacation ever. We have Phase I Timeshare. We have a great Water View of Atlantis and Yachts. We go just about every year the first week of June. We have a 2BR Lock-off and we are using the Premium side only. Need to rent the 1 BR Deluxe side. Highly recommend take the Shuttle bus to Super Value store for groceries. We buy breakfast foods, some lunch stuff and snacks. Murray's is a must for the best sandwiches.

I am an owner and have been to other Timeshares and I still think Harborside at Atlantis has more to offer than any other place in the world. Great for all ages. The staff at Harborside is great.

The girls are very helpful and always has a smile on their face. Our deepest sympathy goes to Renee's family and co-workers. She was a remarkable woman and always would remain in our prayers. God Bless You Renee!

My family and just stayed at Harborside in July 2016. We loved it there our room was awesome, the staff was very friendly and loved that the Harborside was quiet abd away from the traffic at the towers. The food is expensive but we had our own so that didn't bother us. The biggest downside was they did not offer free WiFi at Harborside only. That was a chef complaint that I heard, that is the only reason four the overall rating of 4 stars.

Exceptional amentities & restaurants at the main hotel!! Great for the family or a couple.

My husband and I have been owners of two timeshares at Harborside for 10 years and have used them almost every year, especially when the kids were young. Now, we rent one out each year. We are never disappointed there.

Any of the taxis will take you to a grocery store on the way from the airport. We pack salt and pepper but that is all. Groceries and liquor are expensive but it is an island and I expect that on any island I visit.

I am a walker and love to get up and walk the whole resort every morning - you can go miles. It is safe and a beautifully-planted resort. It is only a few miles to walk over the bridge to Nassau and the Fish Fry. If you get tired, you can take a boat taxi from Nassau back to the island (or a taxi).

Some restaurants at Atlantis are very pricey but we plan one or two each trip and use less expensive places the rest of the time. In the Marina, Bimini and Johnny Rockets are my favorite. We eat so much there, we just have juice for breakfast anyway so the pricing works out well for us.

Love the Spa and they often have specials. There is so much to do and no need for a car with all the shuttle buses that it is a great value. My kids love it because they can be on their own and go to movies and dinner by themselves now that they are older. We have been all over the Caribbean and like this place better than any other we have stayed at, including the Turks and Caicos (although that was lovely too).

Stayed again this year and like it even more with a few exceptions. But here are a few more tips, buy a case of water, snacks and juices for your room. Sandra's Taxi service will stop at both a grocery store and liquor store for you. Bring some red solo cups and fill them with water to put in the freezer, you will understand. There seemed to be more cruise ships this year which can be a pain during lunch because they all have vouchers. Also bring your own blow up floats for the pools. We ate at more restaurants this year which wasn't planned because they are pricey but be careful some are family style so the entrees will feed 4 people. Virgil's BBQ very good. same for Chop Stixx in the Coral Towers. Carmine's in the Marina Village has great food but felt very very rushed. Tell them you are in no rush. Bottles of wine in every place are overpriced but its vacation. This place is a great value. You get all of the amenities of the Atlantis with the privacy of a small resort. There is a free shuttle service that runs every 5 or 10 minutes that will take you everywhere. You will however have to do a little prep work for your stay. We packed bagels and bread from NYC as well as a bottle or 2 of your favorite cocktail and we had our cab driver stop at the grocery store and liquor store. This will save you at least $1000 for the week. A case of beer goes for at least $45 a case (buy cans) but better than $9 each at the pools. Pack a good size soft cooler. Other things to buy: case of water, chips, mixers for your drinks. Lunch for 4 will at the pools will run you about $45. Good place for dinner Bimini Road ( moderate$) but great atmosphere. the Marina Village is great they have Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's. Very casual attire bring comfortable shoes/sandals you will be doing a lot of walking. Water shoes very good idea for water slides and pool area. Kids will love this place. You can spend a little or a lot it's up to you.

My wife and I come every year. People are crazy to call this place a dump. The resort is showing its age but as well resorts they are renovating as they go. Now that Kerzner has been bought out the money will again flow into this property. Best resort in Caribbean.

This is a 1st class resort , you get all the benefits and with the addition of the second phase of Atlantis you get acces to what use to be the beach of Club Med ( gorgeous ).
