Village by the Sea is an all suites hotel and conference center conveniently located near Wells Beach (between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport) on the Southern Coast of Maine. The resort is situated on eleven acres bordering the Rachel Carson Wildlife Perserve and tidal salt marsh. All of our spacious units are one and two bedroom suites that have all the comforts of home including a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms and in most cases 2 baths. All of our suites are individually owned condominiums so no two units are alike!

Our facility offers a variety of meeting spaces from our Maine Ballroom to our intimate Rachel Carson Board Room, perfect for your Maine coast wedding, anniversary, birthday or meeting. Village by the Sea hosts dozens of weddings and meetings each year and our staff is accustomed to providing you and your guests with memories that you will cherish for a lifetime.
