Great place for a family. Not far from the strip and plenty to do for the kids to be entertained. Place provides a bus shuttle to the strip as well!

Nice upgrades & overall comfort. Certainly convenient to have a kitchen during the stay. Staff is friendly & helpful. Resort is secure and close to some restaurants, retail, and a casino.

Such a beautiful resort! Great pools, great location to the new stadium and SouthPoint casino is right next door! Plenty to do for all ages and away from all the Strip traffic.

Grandview is conveniently located at the south end of the strip. Easy access to the strip but not in all the traffic. The staff is excellent and accommodating. The rooms have been recently updated. This is a great location.

Located at the end of the Strip and next to the second largest Casino in Nevada makes this a perfect location. The Grandview has multiple units with great amenities so our visits are different every time. The staff is courteous and the units are clean.

Great layout of condo, pools are great and plenty of seating, close to South Point casino with Buffets and restaurants, large Movie theater and bowling. Better gambling than most casinos. Something for everyone!

Absolute luxury at Grandview at Las Vegas. Walking distance to SouthPoint Casino and on a bus route. Very friendly staff, not pushy to sell more services.

I own here and when I bought here was suprised by how slow the pace was off the strip ,there's plenty of ways to get to the strip if you don't drive,the local bus is our top pick we get a weekly pass gets us everywhere.Staff are so helpful and suroundings are beautifully kept.

We own at this resort, and found that the units and property have been well maintained, and have onsite security personnel. The location of the resort is far enough from the Strip, so you are away from the "wild atmosphere". There is a casino right across the side street which seems rather nice. They have shops, beauty salons, restaurants, movie theater, game room, bowling alley, and....well I can't name all of what they have to offer. The pools and hot tub were always clean, never over crowded, and they offer shuttle service to the strip if you wish to go. We enjoyed the gas BBQ grills which are located around the property. Although they do not allow pets, we boarded ours and brought them to the property a couple of afternoons to hang out with us by the BBQ area.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay. The room was immaculate, the vicinity made it easy to walk or drive to some fabulous restaurants and live shows, the weather was a bit warm but nice and the staff just wonderful. Anything I wanted or needed, they provided promptly and with a smile. I would rate it as the best resort I've visited thus far and I have visited quite a few. About the only downside is there was maid service was scheduled only once during a 7-day stay then changing sheets was a special request approved by the office; all other days you must do everything yourself or call the front desk for new towels and such.

I own at this resort and always am impressed by the amenities and condition of the grounds and facilities. It's right on the Vegas strip, so the location is awesome!

We own at this resort and love the cleanliness of the resort. It is inviting and comforting. We also love the pools, hot tubs and amenities. It is great for vacationing in Las Vegas in that you can fully experience the strip but can also enjoy time away from the strip being that it is so close.

We own here and have stayed twice - it is spacious, clean, and the staff are very helpful. It is away from the busy area of the Strip, but there is a large casino (South Point) next door that we could walk to when we wanted a taste of the Strip without traveling in the 8 miles to MGM and above. There is a shuttle for a small fee to make the trip if you don't rent a car. A free shuttle will take you to a local grocery store.

We are odd year timeshare owners and have stayed at Grandview at Las Vegas for several times during our assigned time. We enjoy it as there are 5 hot tubs and swimming pools, and South Point Casino Hotel is next door, and if you want to see a movie, they have several theaters. Also bowling, not only gambling.

Our time is at the start of summer, June 25 thru July 2. I recommend staying at this resort, located 10 minutes from the airport. It is located at the end of the Las Vegas Boulevard strip.
