Wonderful timeshare for sale 1 one-bedroom and 1 studio connected with a door that can be locked if you decided just to use one of the bedrooms and maybe rent the other out. The week is no18, the first week of May. It has always been good weather in that week. The apartment has a perfect location, sea view from balcony, week over the tennis courts from the entrance door, very close to the reception and the hotel supermarket. The one bedroom apt. Has a gorgeous jacuzzi on the balcony. General the hotel is so perfect, location, facilities and restaurants. Super choice for you.

Clean rooms with many amenities, daily friendly maid service, beautiful views, restaurants featuring delicious cuisine, infinity pool with swim up bar, multiple jacuzzi’s, water games and activities offered daily, organized kids activities, fishing and scuba diving, Thomas Travel services available for tours, easy bike ride into Playa del Carmen for shopping and dining or free resort transportation into town.

Close enough to the beach to hear the ocean. Semi private lawn area separates you from the crowds. No railings blocking your view of the ocean.

My husband and I have owned our 2 beachfront units for 15+ years. We purchased pre- construction. We have enjoyed each year with our children and now our grandchildren. We have never missed a year. The resort is truly a 5 star resort. You will have all the water sports equipment you desire. The resort offers scuba diving classes and certification. Access to a beautiful 18 hole golf course. Daily transportation to downtown Playa del Carmen. Wonderful restaurants, amazing food. Royal Haciendas is a little slice of heaven. Don’t miss out.

Love the Haciendas. Have been going there for around 13 years. Great location with easy and safe access to Playa del Carmen if you decide to go off-resort.

Our owner host was extremely helpful and we loved the resort! The picture you see is how it looks. Super clean and very well maintained. Top Notch and Great staff. And we enjoyed the food. I have heard mixed reviews with all inclusive food before but with a family of 4 boys you can’t beat it and the quality and selection was great. Playa Del Carmen is easy to get to and the resort is very secure, quiet and safe.

I love the Royal Haciendas. It is so relaxing. It is a happy place and re-energizes you with so many activities available for all ages. Being close to so many places off the resort that you can take day trips to is also really convenient with this location.

Royal Haciendas is a wonderful family friendly resort. We have visited over a dozen times and it is always great.

Advancing health issues due to old age has restricted my ability to travel internationally so I am forced to sell these cherished vacation memberships (weeks). The Royal Hacienda's is safe and secure and you can either travel into PDC for evening meals or stay at the resort and use the very affordable all inclusive feature offered by the resort.

The Royal Resorts are known for their quality and reasonable prices. The pools are well designed and accommodate small children as well as adult activities. We are close to Playa Del Carmen. There are several restaurants on the grounds.

I have been going to Cancun & Playa del Carmen for many years. The Royal Resorts have always been at the top in terms of service, security and comfort. You know what you get. Simply a wonderful holiday!

Resort is a very special place to visit and relax. Service is excellent, food is special and the beach is very special and relaxing. Golf is within walking distance and you are less than two miles from downtown Playa del Carmen. A great place for a family vacation
