The resort is very well maintained, with plenty of family friendly amenities. The gondola is convenient when you want to go into town for dinner or shopping. The service was always polite and never rushed, even as first time guests. We look forward to coming back!

The stay was so great I am already booked for next year. First off Chris who got me checked in, is simply amazing. After driving 16 hours, pulling up to this beautiful resort Chris made the check in effortless. His customer service skills are spot on.

The resort is true ski in ski out. Can't beat that.

The amenities are countless from the ski lockers, heated garage, great customer service, and the hot tubs where a true treat at the end of the day. Which include beautiful scenery behind you.

The condos are well equipped, down to laundry pods.

With a quick gondola ride or care ride there are many great places in town. It is worth the money if you are looking for a great place to stay with true in and out skiing.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit at the Grand Lodge in the summer while the Grand Colorado at Peak 8 was under construction. The recreational amenities (swimming pools, spa pools, playgrounds, and private theaters) really made the experience feel different from a typical mountain hotel. The concierge was super-helpful arranging tee times for us at the Breckenridge Golf Club and at Keystone (which is a bit of a drive, but worth the effort).

My kids and I eagerly look forward to our annual trip to the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Our favorite things to do are to Catch a movie in the rental theaters, go downtown to enjoy some of the great food, and especially hang out at their amazing pool. Inevitably that’s where you’ll find us most of the time! The staff is accommodating, the restaurant is great, and the level of cleanliness is What you would expect of an upscale resort like this! I know you love our little slice of Breckenridge!

This resort has it all. From being a "true" ski in/ski out - to complimentary movie theater, full spa, bowling alley and ski rental literally right next door. Full kitchen and what I like best is the ability to light the fire in the family room with the flip of a switch. Perfection!!!

This place has it all! Easy access to mountain trails and bike riding. The outdoor area with the pools, fire pit and grills is top notch!

Great Ski in/ski out Resort in Breck. with many amenities.

We skied the whole Breckenridge mountain from Peak 7! At the end of the day, we skied directly down to Peak 7 from the lift at Peak 7!

Always enjoyed staying here. Beautiful setting overlooking downtown Breckinridge. Moose, fox, elk seen on occasion. Always enjoy downtown eating and shopping.

Love it here. Can park my car in the heated garage and step to the gondola or the free shuttle at the door step to anywhere I want to go in town. Great spa and amenities. Ski in/Ski out is so great. Wish I could take the comfy beds home with me.

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains. Easy access to downtown Breckenridge by walking (it's a ways) or taking free shuttle. Tons of activities including hiking, mountain biking. Onsite, indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.

The Breckenridge Grand Vacations is the best there is in Breckenridge - it doesn't get any better than this. Just ask anyone that has been to any of their fine resorts - vacations to last a lifetime - memories second to none. Even the employees are happy LOL

We always love coming here. It is so beautiful, and so much to do for the whole family 🤍 the staff is great and it’s perfect for a family get away, celebrating with friends, or just a nice relaxing get away. Perfect spot to just hop on the mountain and then only a few minutes down to go shop the shops or try the delicious variety of restaurants. I love that it’s fit for anything you need it to be :) we always enjoy our stay!

Great resort with plenty to do. Indoor/outdoor pool. 6 hot tubs including an adults only hot tub. Two reservable movie theaters, game room. Walk to Peak 7 Independence lift or chair to Peak 8.
