Favorite Orlando property! Upscale from other Marriott properties! Lazy River is my happy place! Proximity to JW Marriott is an added bonus! Beautiful grounds and comfortable units help make it a great getaway!

THIS IS THE BEST RESORT IN ORLANDO. LOTS OF ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS AND ADULTS, LAZY RIVER POOL, ACCESS TO THE JW POOL AND SLIDES AND THE RITZ, ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

Great access to all the Orlando parks. This is our favorite “House Hotel” in this area. Restful for the adults while the kids have the option of the JW water park next door.

It is a beautiful resort surrounded by JW Marriott and the Ritz, with great shopping and dining. Tennis courts, golf, and spa services on location.

A jewel Marriott VC in Orlando: the smallest, the newest and the most luxurious of the Marriott VC's in Orlando and the only one with lazy river. We come there every single year and we love it!!! In immediate neighborhood is the wonderful Ritz-Carlton and the JW Marriott whose facilities are allowed to use! Very close to the Sea World!

Marriott properties have always been good for our family. This property and layout of the Villas give you some privacy while having all the amenities you need close by. The pool area with lazy river is great for the kids and adults who like to lounge in the pool. The adults can enjoy the bar area by the pool as well. Property maintained nicely and the staff is attentive to your needs which I can't say for a lot of the hotels I have been in lately. Other activities for the kids are always available. At the same time, it's not a crazy busy resort that feels overrun with people. You can enjoy yourself and find a place to sit at the pool area quite easily.

Can't beat this location and property if staying in Orlando and visiting Disney World, Seaworld, or any of the water parks. The lazy river and zero entry pool are awesome for families with kids, or adults that like to just relax. Sharing grounds, with abilit to enjoy their amenities too, at the JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton is a great bonus! The golf course on the grounds is amazing too!

Great location, quiet area, wonderful staff, clean rooms and facilities. You will love the pool and game areas. Access to the JW Marriott tennis and pickleball court that is right next door.

This is a hidden gem in Orlando. Shares property with the JW and Ritz! Absolutely love it!

Amazing Resort. This place has it all. Access to three properties on site (incl. the Ritz Carlton) with pools, waterslides, restaurants, spectacular rooms and easy access to everything in Orlando (incl. Disney).

Stunningly beautiful accommodations and grounds! Both impeccably maintained. Villas are spacious and very comfortable. The heated lazy river swimming pool complex will let you float your cares away. Relaxation at your fingertips and all the attractions close by.

How can you beat Marriott's Lakeshore Reserve on the same property as the Ritz Carlton! We had so much fun at the resort that we barely left the property! Top-tier amenities and customer service with spacious villas and recreation options for the entire family!

This is a 5 star resort located on an Arnold Palmer Golf Course and a 10 minute ride to Downtown Disney. You will also have full use of the 5 star JW Marriott located right next door to this resort. Lakeshore Reserve is one of the rare Marriott properties with a lazy river, wading pool, and separate area with two water slides. The condo is well managed with comfortable beds and clean linens. This full kitchen is stocked with all kitchen utensils and appliances including a blender, coffee pot, tea kettle and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer within the condo. On site marketplace including a Pizza Hut and daily fresh sandwhiches are made.
