We love staying at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe. It is a stunning property with service that exceedes our expectations every time. Northstar is a wonderful ski resort. The convince of ski-in/out is nice. This is the nicest resort in the Tahoe area. We have stayed at the Marriott which is nice but doesn’t come close to the Ritz-Carlton Experience. The feel of the property is back to where it was before covid. I highly recommend staying here. It is close to Lake Tahoe and the town of Truckee. Truckee has a lot of small town character with fun shops to browse and great restaurants. Trokay and Moody’s both have great food and atmosphere. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This is an incredible resort. Five star service from Ritz-Carlton. Attached to a beautiful mountain Ritz-Carlton hotel. Rated as one of the top mountain resorts in USA. September is the perfect time to go. No crowds. You can easily drive around Lake Tahoe. Great mountain hiking.

Such a beautiful location!! The residence has everything you could ever need and the beds are so comfy. The private lake club is amazing as well.

We joined friends for 4th of July week in a 3 bedroom residence and loved the luxury accommodations and ameneties. In addition to our beautiful villa, we enjoyed the boutique fitness classes and spa. Whether you prefer the full service of dining out, or cozy family meals prepared in your own kitchen, this is an extraordinary experience. We can't wait to vacation during ski season next spring!

This resort is most magical starting with it's location at Lake Tahoe. The villa resort property is spectacular. I have stayed in numerous villas at this property, usually a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath unit, complete with full kitchen with every amenity, dining area, living room with fire place, balcony and even a washer and dryer. The bathrooms are spacious with very nice amenities and the beds are so comfy. Pool and hot tubs are great after a day outdoors. The front desk and concierge are extremely friendly and helpful and will tend to your every need. North Star village is a hop and skip away and depending on when you stay, there is a free gondola from the resort to the village. Downtown Truckee is not far away and worth a visit.
