WALK OUT SKI IN- I BELIEVE

This is an ideal location in Breckenridge. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes and you can ski in to the resort from Peak 9. The service is wonderful. We love this resort.

Great location! Skiing is amazing here.

Stayed here for 2 weeks last year. Have three weeks booked for 2025. Heated outdoor poos/jacuzzi, breakfast available each morning in the lodge, walk to everything in town. We love it.

We have stayed here each ski season for the last ten years and love it. Hot tubs with great mountain views, big heated pool. The rooms are awesome, very spacious. The resort offers fun daily features, like s'mores, chili, waffles, etc. And, best of all, you walk right out to the ski slopes. You actually walk through an on-site ski shop which offers rentals, basic gear great sharpening/waxing (super cheap), repairs, etc. Plus you can walk to downtown Breckenridge, which is one of our all-time favorite towns, so picture perfect (truly Hallmark movie stuff). We also like the ease of underground parking so you don't have to clean off your car.

One of the few Properties that have direct chairlift access, in the village and a short 5 minute walk to Main St!

Amazing place to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer. Enjoy all of Marriott Vacation Club's resort amenities, including ski valet and boot storage. Quick walk to the Quicksilver lift. Full kitchen, access to washer/dryer, fitness room, game room, pool and hot tubs. This place is awesome!

This is a spectacular resort located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado! It is very family focused with many activities for children, teens, adults, and Seniors! The resort is within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge which is quite a charming town! Ski in ski Out is offered at this resort which makes it quite easy for families to rent equipment on the ground floor, then Ski to the slope which is adjacent. The hotel features a large heated outdoor as well as indoor pool. Hot tubs are adjacent to the outdoor pool which Overlook the gorgeous Rocky Mountains! There are daily family activities for all age groups! Our grandchildren have always loved coming to this resort! The management of Marriott Mountain Valley Resort is very helpful to all guests, whatever your needs might be. Everything Is handicapped accessible. You will love your stay at this amazing resort! We have be spending the Holidays up here for many years! Marriott Mountain Valley Resort has never disappointed us! Perfect place to spend the Holidays!!!

Beautiful resort location!!! And just a few steps outside the resort is the Heavenly Valley Scenic Gondola!!! Get to enjoy beautiful Mountain Views!!!

Loved how convenient everything is. Ski in/out and walking distanct to restaurants and shops. The kids loved it. Plenty to do at the hotel also with the game rooms. They also have fun times at night with smores around the fire pit. Great Spring Break skiing!!!

We enjoyed our time there in these beautiful accommodations, and mountain views are incredible. Plenty to do and many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

This resort is the perfect place for a great ski vacation. I love the fact that the ski lift is just a short walk away and the location is in town. It's so easy to walk around town. The villa itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Stayed there in 2022 and great location. Downtown by lifts, shops and resturaunts.

We love the location of Marriott’s Mountain Valley Lodge! It’s in an excellent location and free garage parking attached to the lodge. When you are finished with your day, you can ski back to the lodge. It’s an easy walk to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in town. A supermarket is only a 5-10 minute walk. The full size kitchen is a big plus. We all love the heated pool and hot tubs after a day of being on the slopes. Marriott also has family activity nights like make your own hot chocolate, grilled cheese & tomato soup, s’mores. And arts & crafts. Our family looks forward to seeing what the activities for the week will be.

Great resort. Right at the base of Peak 9 and within walking distance to Main Street.

I don't even know where to start with my review of this resort! It exceeds all expectations! Even before arriving, the front desk was very helpful answering questions via phone. The resort is beautiful and clean. The pool is 25 meters long, and opens at 8 am. It is the perfect time to swim laps. There are also 3 hot tubs and 2 BBQs, along with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. The gym is very well fitted with cardio machines and a weight room. Lots of public gathering spaces, including another side BBQ area with a fire pit and tables, a teen game room, a public sitting area with shelves of board games, an outdoor area with sofas and more fire pits, a billiards room, and an art studio. I'm probably forgetting more! Housekeeping was very attentive, bringing up additional kitchen items as needed. Loved the daily activities, and only wish more had been offered! Every afternoon from 4-5, some kind of a fun snack was offered near the lobby. The town is walking distance. The units are adjacent to a pond, and the littles enjoyed catch and release fishing with their own poles. I highly recommend this resort. Enjoy!
