We have owned units at this resort since 2002 and always enjoy coming back. The location is unmatched for its walkability to restaurants, etc. and the easy drive to nearby attractions (Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, etc.). Our family's favorite way to spend a week at the ocean.

we have been going here for years and have loved it. park your car and you never have to get it out again. Shopping ,dining and of course the beach are all in walking distance.

Labor day week. Unit 241 is 2nd floor, morning sun, afternoon shade. Partial ocean view. Resort is across from a wide beach and located within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, etc. Resort has pool, 2 jacuzzi's, one of which is adults only.

We have stayed at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort for many years. It is so comfortable to stay here, you can walk to the beach and downtown Carlsbad. The resort supplies beach chairs and umbrellas, The courtyard with it's padded lounge chairs. tables and umbrellas is great if you don't want to go to the beach. Big family pool with adults only hot tub overlooking the coast. We have come here for years but have moved to Florida so it's time to start exploring Florida beaches.

This is a beautiful resort in an ideal location. Excellent access to the beach. The restaurant scene in Carlsbad is amazing. You will love this place!

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is charming. The grounds have been redone and the bigger pool and Jacuzzi are lovely. It is within walking distance of the quaint town of Carlsbad. Lots of fabulous restaurants. The Wild Animal Park and Legoland are not far away. Glorious weather.

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is one of our favorite resorts! Great location & terrific staff! Close to San Diego, Legoland, few feet from the beach, and the Flower Fields are nearby and in bloom during this Spring week! Also, they offer fun activities for the whole family, including weekend live music and inexpensive hot dogs/burgers. Enjoy!

Bought this condo with kids in mind and it never disappointed us. Kids have grown up and it is still a great location with a wonderful ocean view with great sunsets. Mexican restaurants and grocery stores are very close.

Carlsbad is the ideal vacation spot for adults, families, and/or friends. Restaurants & bars, kid friendly spots, central to Anaheim (Disneyland +) and San Diego (Zoo, Sea World +) attractions….AND on the beach! Go out the back gate, stop at the cabana for umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys for the kids, and then pick a spot on the sand and catch a wave. Prefer the pool? Got that too! And kid friendly and adult only jacuzzis. Take in music and complimentary refreshments on the courtyard lawn, hang at a table or lounge chair. Work out the gym, play ping pong, or rent a beach cruiser. Enjoy and live your best life. And don’t forget to splurge with two scoops on that ice cream cone!

This place is an amazing beach resort. All beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and toys are free to rent. Walk to several amazing restaurants. The best lazy beach vacation.

Every day there is a list of onsite activities . Great for all ages. Close to Legoland and the Coaster train to take you to the baseball game in San Diego is two blocks away. An awesome vacation spot for everyone.

Love, love, love this resort! We've been owners for over 30 years and my family has made so many wonderful memories here. The venue is perfect for everyone, whether you are traveling with children or just adults. The location on the beach makes this a relaxing getaway. Ocean views from almost everywhere in the resort are calming and peaceful and you are "de-stressed" immediately upon arrival.

Carlsbad Village is a "gem" - a laid back beach town with everything you need --- and in the hustle and bustle of today's world, it is wonderful to be able to be so close to the ocean and also to be able to WALK to restaurants, shopping, restaurants, live music, the beach, the Coaster/Train station and more. Why drive when you have the train at your doorstep!

My parents bought their unit first (a third floor ocean view), and then we purchased our unit (3rd floor end unit facing the ocean). My kids have such fond and lasting memories. My son loves the resort so much (he's a surfer)), he asked his wife to marry him there and spends each anniversary at Carlsbad. He now has a child of his own and she feels like her summer tradition. Thank you Carlsbad Inn for being such a big part of our lives. It is truly a second home to us.

Carlsbad Inn is the premier resort in Carlsbad Ca. Its located steps from the beach and walking distance into town with many restaurants ( two excellent places to dine right on the resort premises) and excellent shopping. So many daily activities for the whole family or a great place for adults to just relax. Adult spa and huge grass area with lots of tables, chairs and lounges as well as bbq's overlooking the ocean.
