Time passes, it only gets better! Location Location Location!!! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and polite, but truly, the gem of this resort is its location: across from the beach, near shops and dining... Both family friendly and with a lively night life, we just can't wait to go back! Oh, and the view needs to be mentioned! Always a water view, you´ll get the most wonderful sunrises if you get an oceanview, or relax after a day at the beach watching the sunset if you get a bayview room. Beautiful views, no matter which room you get.

Love this resort. Every room has a beautiful beach view and the location is amazing. So many great restaurants within walking distance and endless beach. Rooms are large and spectacular and what you would expect from Marriott.

Amenities from Marriott always special! They keep the vacation going until u leave for home!!

Great place for the family or friends to hang out for a week especially during the Labour Day weekend! Lots to do and great places to socialize and eat. Enjoy!

One of my favorite resorts in my hometown! Park the car and walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and site-seeing I found many times that I was thousands of miles away when in fact I was 10 miles from my home. Upscale relaxing resort that is guaranteed to become a favorite.

We love Marriott's BeachPlace Towers because of it's location. Our favorite thing is the water taxi and we love that there are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Awesome place to stay; wonderful staff caters to your needs promptly. Right next to the beach and the where the fun is. Delicious food and wonderful scenery. What a way to relax and rejuvenate. Definitely will be back here again.

Beautiful resort in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl Have been an owner there for over 20 years.....Staff is always pleasant and friendly and rooms are always clean... Great pool and lots of fun.....

Had a very disappointing stay at BeachPlace. The resort is very poorly designed, as the only way in and out is through a very seedy and bizarre shopping mall. "Beach Place" mall is home to a Hooters, Irish pub, cigar lounge and liquor store, which they conveniently photoshop out of any of these pictures. At night this area turns into a hang out for local thugs and smells like weed. Vacationing here with teenage kids was stressful and worrisome. Sadly there was actually a shooting here during our stay. Would absolutely never recommend nor stay here again. On a positive note, the room was newly redone, comfortable and very clean.
