****Per the seller "Imagine waking out onto your private 5th floor lanai, coffee in hand, overlooking the golden sands of Kaʻanapali Beach — and spotting humpback whale mothers and their calves gliding through the channel between Maui and Lānaʻi.

During whale watching season, this is not just a possibility — it’s a daily spectacle. We watched in awe as mothers escorted their newborn calves through the warm waters, sometimes lifting their massive tails and smacking them against the ocean’s surface in breathtaking displays. There is nothing like seeing whales from your own private balcony breaching out of the water in full splendor.

Our spacious two-room apartment with full kitchen gave us the comfort of home with the luxury of a beachfront resort. Meals on the lanai with ocean breezes, easy beach access, and room for the whole family made this the ideal setup. We even had the opportunity to watched a luau straight from our balcony.

Each morning, our boys ran along the paved beachfront walking path as the sun rose over the Pacific — a memory they’ll never forget.

    And the snorkeling? Incredible.

Right off the beach in front of the resort, sea turtles swam calmly alongside us — coming so close you could hear the gentle glide of their fins beneath the water. It felt like swimming inside a nature documentary.

We also took a snorkeling trip to the crescent-shaped, partially submerged volcanic crater of Molokini — a crystal-clear marine sanctuary bursting with vibrant reef life.

For thrill-seekers, we explored the dramatic slopes of Mauna Kahalawai (the West Maui Mountains) on an exhilarating zipline tour. A rugged 4-wheel-drive ride carried us up red dirt roads to panoramic viewpoints where we could see neighboring islands stretching across the horizon.

We also rose before dawn to witness sunrise atop Haleakalā — standing above the clouds and gazing down into the vast caldera, where a hidden valley of lush green life rests within the ancient volcanic crater.

We circled the island to experience Maui’s incredible diversity:

A beach covered in resting sea turtles A massive ocean blowhole sending spray high into the air The peaceful, winding Road to Hana The stunning black sand beach at Waiʻānapanapa State Park A hike through towering bamboo forests And finally, the breathtaking waterfalls at the Pools of ʻOheʻo (also known as the Seven Sacred Pools), where cascading waters tumble nearly 400 feet down into serene pools below

Why This Is the Perfect Time to Own

If you're considering a timeshare resale, whale season alone makes this property priceless. From your private lanai, you’re not just looking at the ocean — you’re watching one of nature’s most magnificent migrations unfold in real time.

Add in snorkeling with turtles, world-class beaches, volcanic adventures, and family memories made daily — and you have the ultimate Hawaiian vacation home.

This isn’t just a resort stay.

    It’s a front-row seat to Maui’s greatest wonders."****
