The apartment is on the second floor in front of the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean from the bedrooms. There is a pool , shuffleboard, ping pong & laundry machines. Cleaning , bathroom & beach towels are provided daily. It’s an amazing location, on the boardwalk, close to all amenities, shopping , restaurants, entertainment. You don’t even need a car. Enjoy the New Years Eve Festivities on the boardwalk . It’s a great getaway for families , friends or couples . If it doesn’t rent. I’d be willing to go down a little , but this is what it rented for last year
