Great resort and plenty of room in the two bedroom units. Recently updated. Easy parking and located on the south shore with easy access to Waimea Canyon. BBQ's that are maintained daily throughout the grounds. Lawai Beach is directly across the street. Grounds are immaculate.

Great location. Clean. friendly staff

We bought our timeshare at Lawai Beach Resort in 1993 and have been coming back every other year for the past 30 years! Our kids have grown up with LBR's friendly staff as "ohana," and think of Kauai as their second home.

The grounds and location are stunning. Yes, there are newer properties with more granite vanities in the Poipu area, but who really cares how fancy the bathrooms are? As long as the accommodations have everything you need and are clean, that's what counts. There are even boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and other supplies available to borrow. Just ask.

If you want a family atmosphere -- with a sunset view, monk seals, whales, dolphins and turtles -- you can't do any better than LBR!

Location, location, location! Directly across from one of the best beaches on the island, and nearby shopping this resort has it all. Mini golf, workout facility, and pleasant staff. A short drive from the Lihue airport means you are on vacation within minutes of landing! You can't go wrong with this location!

We have stayed at Lawai Beach Resort for over 25 years. Love everything about being there - it's like a second home.

The property is very well maintained and completely updated periodically. When I visit Hawaii I want ocean front not garden view or Mountain View’s. This property is probably the only property in Kauai where everything is ocean front! This Poipu area is my favorite because of excellent weather and great dining options. I’ve reviewed most of the properties on Kauai and all things considered. this is top choice!

This resort is located in beautiful Poipu. The staff is amazing and try to accommodate requests. The resort has 3 pools and a hot tub. Steps from the ocean.

This resort is great for families and couples. It’s right across the street from Lawai Beach, which is great for snorkeling. The sunsets from here are unbelievable! Each building has its own pool and jacuzzi, but the Banyan building has the most resort feel. You’ll love the units as well with the kitchen and living room facing the pool and ocean. Every needed appliance is provided even a crockpot by request. We absolutely love it here.

1,5 Miles S.E. of Spouting Horn on the south shore. Across the lane from a great snorkeling beach and the Beach House restaurant. A very nice pool and hot tub area. The 4th floor has a magnificent ocean view from the lanai. We've been going there for 25 years, but, have trouble traveling at our age.
