The Villa is a luxury 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Primary bedroom suite has 1 king bed with a full bath and soaking tub. Secondary bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed including another full bath. The living room is light and bright with a sofa bed for additional people.The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, and utensils, but does not come with spices, salt, pepper, oil, or any other food or drink items. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer and dining area. Unit may have either a balcony or patio area with ocean or tree views.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING AND CHECK-IN PROCESS WORK?
Once your booking is confirmed and paid, I will put the reservation in your name and provide you with a confirmation number that you can use to check-in directly at the resort with your ID and credit card for incidentals.
Guest access
This is a ownership resort and guests will check in at reception with valid photo ID. This resort is operated by Marriott Vacation Club. There are no mandatory resort fees. You will receive your villa keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs.
You are responsible for any incidentals and extra resort fees charged directly by the resort. Guests are responsible for abiding by the resort rules and regulations. Primary Guests MUST be at least 21 years of age to check into the resort. Valid government issued identification and credit card is required to check into the resort.
If you don't charge anything to your room, upon check out your bill should be $0.

Other things to note* Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. If the listing states that you will have a patio, you will receive either a patio or a balcony, depending on the floor received. By submitting a request to book, you are aware and agree to the fact that the floor, location, view, and receipt of either a patio or balcony for your room/villa are not guaranteed.
Marriott Desert Springs Villa 1 does not guarantee any owner or guest a specific unit view. Units and views are assigned at check-in.
