Gorgeous coastal location in Southern California. Amazing setting with grassy knolls and ocean views from the resort. Be refreshed by staying on-site or venturing out to other beach communites like Laguna Beach, Balboa Island, Huntington Beach "Surf City". So Cal offers so many options for day trips to places like Disneyland, Legoland, Universal Studios etc and lots of variety of dining options. We have many happy family memories here.

We had a wonderful family experience. Seeing the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing and the sunset view was magical. Room was very clean and spacious.Plenty of things to do for the kids. Kids zone staff are amazing They have basketball court very clean and ball stowed away nicely. Swimming Pools nice and warm. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. There are also so much to see outside the property like Crystal Cove State Park and Beach, Pelican Hill Golf Club and upscale shopping at Fashion Island.

Our family has been going to Newport Coast Villas for over 20 years and we love it! It's a beautiful resort with an excellent coastal location near lots of activities for all age groups. The lower pool has a small water slide for littles, the main pool's great for families and teens and the upper pool is relaxing. Gas BBQs are located near the villas and provide an ocean view while grilling. If you are thinking of visiting Newport Coast Villas, I highly recommend it.

Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is a fabulous place to spend the summer. There are three pool areas, a sports park, a gym, a spa, and, if you prefer the beach a shuttle bus runs frequently to Crystal Cove State Beach, a few minutes away. Nestled between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach/Balboa Island, Newport Coast is a great place to visit the surrounding beach communities and an easy drive to Disneyland and Knott's.

This has been a favorite family gathering a spot for 25 years. Marriott does a wonderful job keeping everything updated.The rooms are a nice size. The landscape is lovely. You’re in a great location to lots of beaches, restaurants, and swimming pools right on the resort property. It never disappoints us.

The villa is luxurious, very clean and it can accommodate up t0 8 people. The location is great, near shopping, great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. At the property there are several pools, gyms and play areas for kids.

This is a magnificent resort. Have spent many family gatherings here. The resort offers many activities for the entire family. There are great hikes and amazing restaurants in the area. It's a little taste of Paradise.

We have been vacationing at our home away from home at Newport Coast for 20 years. We love our summer week at the beach. Crystal Cove is a dream to spend a summer day. It's the perfect location for our family. Friends often come to visit too.

This is my family and my go to resort. It is beautiful, convenient, close to Cristal Cove beach, and of course Newport Beach with lots of delicious and nice restaurants.

The views of the Pacific Ocean are beautiful. The villas are nice and well laid out - modern too. Depending on where you stay it's a walk to the kids play area. Lots of hills so be ready to walk or drive. I love the walk to the beach

Our stay at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas was exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and feels like the perfect blend of resort relaxation and coastal luxury. The villas are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up—ideal for both couples and families. We especially loved having a full kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a true home away from home.

The grounds are stunning, with gorgeous landscaping, multiple pools, and great areas to relax throughout the property. The views and ocean air are exactly what you come to Newport Coast for, and the location is unbeatable—close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and everything in the Newport/Laguna area, while still feeling tucked away and private.

We have stayed at Newport Coast Villas. The facilities are excellent, villas are beautiful. Set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the view is beautiful. 4 miles from Balboa Island and 7 miles from Newport Pier. Knotts Berry Farm and Fashion Island nearby. Easy access to the beach.

August is the best beach weather in Southern California. This resort is centrally located to Newport or Huntington beaches plus Disneyland and the Angel's baseball stadium are only 20-30 minute drives. Incredible golf courses nearby. Lots to do in Orange County. Plenty of activities at the resort for children, various pools to play in, basketball court, miniature golf, fire pits, bar-b-que pits and lots more.
