ENTIRE RESORT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED!

It is absolutely spectacular and in the perfect location. The rooms are beautifual as are all of the common areas including the lobby, outdoor wireless internet cafe, bar areas, restaurants, pool and lounge areas, walkways, outsides of the buildings...EVERYTHING you can imagine.

In addition, the resort is in the process of building an entire NEW BUILDING OF LUXURIOUS 2 BR/2 BATH LOCK- OFF TIMESHARE SUITES using very high end materials like granite, marble, solid wood, high end appliances, etc.

They are also in the process of buiding a brand new full ownership building directly next door to this new timeshare building which has already been completely sold out... with units in excess of $1 million.

The resort is everything you could possibly want in a boutique high end luxury resort and keeps getting better. It is by far one of the most desirable resorts to stay on the island. They have a brand new famous chef as well, and their restaurant has been getting rave reviews!

With the new Westin Dawn Beach opening less than 1/2 mile away from Oyster Bay, in addition to them sharing this 1 mile long stretch of pristine beach, there is now a casino within walking distance... and some great restaurants that are close by in addition to the restaurants at Oyster Bay.

Since the marina is also on one side of Oyster Bay Resort, there are some other wonderful little French places to visit like a wine/cheese/bread/coffee store, and a breakfast/waffle cafe. This is also in addition to Oyster Bay's own shops.

The beach is as beautiful as it has always been with gorgeous blue water and a few coral reefs right off the shore for easy snorkeling access. Why else would the Westin choose Dawn Beach to build their new resort?

You won't be diasppointed! It continues to be one of the best resorts on this island!

Beautifully maintained resort with recently remodeled restaurants and other guest facilities. Rooms are spacious and include balconies. Location is on the east side of St. Martin island with easy access to amazing beaches and the best dining in the Caribbean.

Beautiful location although a bit far from everything. The resort is a little run down. Everyone was friendly except at the front desk. Very slow check in process. Restaurant’s were mediocre.

A private getaway at its best. Look out to the ocean and the islands across the way. Truly peaceful and relaxing. I love to enjoy the pool with nothing but ocean and blue sky and the occasional high flying birds in my view.

Stunning resort with cozy feel. Amazing view of St. Barts. Great activities department if you choose to stay local and enjoy all that the resort has to offer!

Not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. Or maybe they were stays in a different building. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, with kitchen, in the 1500 building with a marina view.

The room was not especially clean. I had to clean stains and spills on the floor, walls and counters when we got in the room.

The kitchen cabinets are worn and dirty, I had to clean them as well. There were broken dishes in the cabinet. I had to request dish liquid and a sponge to was dishes. No idea if or when the dishes will

The paint colors are very Caribbean and pretty. The furniture is worn with stains a dirt. But it is comfortable. Table furniture is chipped and worn. Windows in the kitchen were.so dirty, you really couldn't see out of one of them.

Patio table had cracks in it and the chairs were also dirty. Much of the painted concrete was worn and showed the Grey concrete beneath the paint.

Housekeeping is terrible. There were towels missing from the room and a note that said we would be charged if they were missing when we checked out. We called to get them reported and replaced. It took all day and a stop at the front desk to get them.

You are supposed to leave towels on the floor you want exchange ld for clean ones. Don't do it! We did and it took 2 days and around 6 phone calls and a stop at the front desk to get replaced.

Wouldn't be a big deal, except you only have 2 towel, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towel per room. Good luck if you have the 4 person sleeping capacity.

Wonderful resort, we love it and go back every year. Friendly staff, lots to do, great food and activities every day. "your home away from home" Week 10 faces the harbor, Week 11 faces the ocean

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff and plenty of activities at the resort and around the island. The pool is definitely a place you’ll want to relax. We really enjoy our stay every time we go.

Oyster Bay Beach Resort isn't just a vacation destination for me, it's practically a second home. I've been coming here for years, ever since I snagged a timeshare unit, and it gets better every single time. Let me tell you, this place is paradise!

The location is simply unbeatable. Perched right on the edge of Oyster Pond, you get these jaw-dropping views of the turquoise water that stretch out forever. Sunrises and sunsets are a daily masterpiece here. I wake up every morning, step out onto my balcony, and breathe in the fresh ocean air – it's the perfect way to start the day.

The staff knows me by name now, which always adds a special touch. They're this fantastic blend of friendly and professional, making sure everything runs smoothly and you have everything you need. They even remembered my favorite poolside drink order – now that's what I call service!

Speaking of the pool, it's an absolute dream. The infinity pool stretches out, seemingly merging with the ocean – the photos don't even do it justice. It's perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the island or simply soaking up the Caribbean sun. Plus, there's always a comfy lounge chair waiting for me, no matter what time of day I wander over.

The on-site restaurants are fantastic too. I usually grab breakfast at Infinity – their omelets are divine – and then hit Big Fish for a delicious seafood dinner with a view. They have live music some nights, which creates this wonderful ambiance. Of course, having a fully-equipped kitchen in my timeshare unit means I can whip up some meals myself if I'm feeling like a home-cooked dinner on the balcony.

Honestly, Oyster Bay Beach Resort has everything I could ask for in a vacation getaway. It's relaxing, beautiful, and the staff feels like family. If you're looking for a slice of paradise in St. Maarten, look no further! You won't regret it.

I have been going to Oyster Bay for 21 years and continue to feel like the people there are family. It says quite a bit to me when the staff are the same people working there since I began as well as how the management treats employees as well as guests

OBBR is my home away from home as it id for most of the owners. We all go year in and year out & even buy and or rent additional weeks. I think that St Maarten is the gem of the Caribbean as having 2 distinct European cultures as well & the native Caribbean culture. It is conveniently situated to Anguilla & St Barts (by Ferry or boat) & can easily reach many other islands (visible from OBBR & other parts of the island. Foodie or not, it is considered the culinary capital of the Caribbean.

The property is located on the Dutch side within walking distance to the French side. The best of all worlds.

It is an intimate property with the friendliest staff to be found! Beach or pool on property.

Restaurants abound (4 of my favorites, 2 right on property).

So much to say...you'll just have to try for yourself!

There is nothing that I would change about this resort. We have been visiting for 20 years and it keeps getting better!

This resort is a perfect blend of things to do and proximity to other activities, or simply choose beach or pool. The island is half Dutch/half French and all Caribbean. You have your choice of 37 beaches all within a 20-30 min drive max. International dining, or quick cheap fantastic meal at the lolo's on the ocean. Its a truly wonderful vacation experience! We LOVE the staff and the place is so comfortable. They even have a gift shop, workout room and a spa! We just returned a few days ago and are unable to go back before this week expires in September.

A yearly tradition to completely recharge, my family has been traveling to stay at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort for the past 16 years during the winter holidays. A great location to stay at while visiting the friendly island of St. Martin. There is nothing more relaxing than staying in an exclusive Penthouse suite. Staying here allows you to enjoy everything that the island has to offer or to just kick it in the breeze and stay in. Treat your family to the penthouse in order to experience a beautiful paradise view of the horizon at sunset while relaxing in your private jacuzzi and having a private rooftop BBQ.
