Summit Watch location is the best! The Town Lift is walking distance of the resort, as well as to multiple restaurants in town. The resort is clean, friendly staff and the 2 bedroom villa ideal for a family or multiple person getaway.

Terrific in all seasons. Exceptional for skiing vacations. Smaller property with professional and friendly staff, variety of activities. Spacious villas. Good dining choices right there on plaza between the buildings which are only four stories high. We've been coming to Summit Watch since 1997.

Great location, right in town. Walk to restaurants, art galleries, music, bars, shopping, theaters etc. Across the street from the town lift. Shuttle buses to Deer Valley, which just opened new lifts. Ski or bus to Canyons. (Park City Mountain is connected to Canyons.) Snowmobile, cross country ski, snow bike. Hot tubs and heated pool. Kid activities. Nice, clean rooms. Great beds. Excellent staff.

Great location - right off Main Street (food and shopping) and around 100 yards from the lifts. The pool, hot tubs and activities center are great, which makes this ideal for families.

The location is the best! All restaurants in Park City within seconds to minutes of walking. The town lift that takes you up the mountain for skiing just seconds away. Resort is clean, staff attentive and friendly, and 2 bedrooms ideal for multiple person getaway.

The Summit Watch is located on the Main Street of Park City and and has access to the Park City Ski slopes right across the street. Deer Valley is within 10 minutes of the location and is accessible with your own vehicle or a tram. The Canyons resort is also 20 minutes away. So three resorts within the proximity. Easy to get around and only a 35 minute drive or ride from Salt Lake City Airport. Highly recommend and sure you will not be disappointed!

Directly across from the Ski Lift in Park City and basically a street over from the free shuttle. Great area and nice room.

We've owned at Summit Watch since 1995 and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Located on main street with easy walks to restaurants and shops, town lift just across the foot bridge and equipment storage at the lift, makes this the perfect location.

Our villa featured a full kitchen, cozy fireplace, and a separate living and dining area—ideal for families or couples looking for a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was spotless and well-appointed. One of the highlights was the indoor/outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The resort also offers a fitness center, game room, and a variety of on-site activities that kept everyone entertained. What truly sets Summit Watch apart is the warm and attentive staff. Marriott Summit Watch offers convenience for ski trippers. Town Lift is right across the street with rental locations and ski storage right next to the lift. The downtown location is adjacent to a wide variety of restaurants within a few steps and many more on Main Street. Full kitchen, laundry facilities ensuite, and pleasurable beds make this a perfect ski getaway.

Summit Watch is located on Main Street in Park City, right across the street from The Park City Resort town ski lift. This is a great location with all the amenities.

Summit Watch is our favorite place to stay to go skiing. It’s right on Main Street with direct access to the Town Lift, and walking distance to several restaurants and shopping areas. You can walk to everything on Main street which is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tubs, and having laundry within the room. The hotel has activities which is nice to keep the family entertained. It’s just the best location for us as we love the Main Street vibe. Rooms / units are clean and comfortable and always appreciate the kitchen and space of the property. Underground Garage is great no cleaning snow off car. Our family love coming to Summit Watch for our winter ski vacation.
