This resort is amazing and absolutely perfectly located! You can walk out the door and be on Main Street of Park City or walk out the door with your ski stuff and get right on the gondola to go skiing. Main Street has so many cool restaurants, bars, galleries, and stores! You will love this location!

The resort has a really cool western mining vibe and several hot tubs and a heated pool which is perfect after a long day on the slopes!

The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, you will love it!

Our family has enjoyed many years of celebrating the holidays at Summit Watch. Our children have learned to ski and snowboard from some of the best instructors.

Marriott’s Summit Watch is amazing. The location couldn’t be better, right on Park City’s historic Main Street with ski-in/ski-out access to the Town Lift. You can step out the door to enjoy world-class skiing, restaurants, and shops. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities like the pool, hot tubs, fitness center, activities, and comfortable villas that feel like home. It’s the perfect place for both skiing and après-ski relaxation!

The Property is located in the heart of Park City walkable to shops and Restaurants. It is located across the street from the Town Lift. The two bedroom units include a living room and full kitchen. Also walkable to free bus service to Deer Valley. Perfect way to bring in the New Year.

We stay every year at Marriott's Summit Watch for a family ski week. Location is awesome (Base of Main Street) as we can walk to all the entertainment and restaurants in the evening. We can also walk across the street to the City Lift that takes us to Park City Mountain.

Perfect Location at the base of Main Street and a very short walk to the Town Lift. Excellent Staff and Housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful. Condo's are very large and spacious. This is a beautiful, prime spot in Park City. Resort is right off of Main Street, close to events and dining, but with a secluded feeling. Resort has a great pool, daily activities, tours, and great access to trails.

The Park City Mountain Ski Resort Town Lift, right across the street from Marriott Summit Watch provides direct access to the mountain, while non-skiers/riders have all day access to unique shops and restaurants within walking distance on historic Park City Main Street. The rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen area and a lovely fireplace framed by picturesque windows.
