Stay in the best location for access to everything...shops & restaurants at Heavenly Village, ski in and ski out via the gondola right outside your door. Valet for ski equipment as well. Lots of hiking trails nearby too!

In the heart of South Lake Tahoe, the resort is in a great location in Heavenly Valley next to the gondola and skiing, and near restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, and shopping, plus only a block away to casinos in Nevada.

We visit this property twice a year, and are bummed we can't make it this time. But our loss is your gain! :) Resort is SOLD OUT during this period, so here's your chance for a deal! First day is final Sunday of Celebrity Golf Tournament too!

Marriott Timberlodge is located in Heavenly Village near the gondola. There are a number of restaurants and shops with outdoor space to enjoy the active environment. It is a short walk to area casinos or the waterfront. The accommodations are roomy and well appointed with full kitchen in most units (1-3 bedroom) with daily planned activities for families. Enjoy all the seasons at the best location in South Lake Tahoe.

The Marriott Timber Lodge is where we fell in love with staying at select Marriott Vacation Ownership resorts around the USA and world. Beautifully landscaped, surrounded by mountains and beautiful Tahoe. Pools, family fun, adult fun, hiking, great food and bars. What more could you ask for? Oh, some outdoor bbqs? Yes, there is that as well…and pools..and hot tubs…and….

I have been an owner of this timeshare since 2005. Location is terrific, at the base of Heavenly next to the ski lift. Across the walkway are several great restaurants, shops, a theatre and several things to do. Unit is always clean and nicely furnished. The staff work very hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
