Have stayed multiple times at this delightful property. Great family activities. Able to use the lazy river at the neighboring resort. Great pools and outdoor activities available. Staff is great if you have any questions also.

Wonderful resort with adjacent to two great golf courses. Convenient to Old Scottsdale and many other attractions. Easy access to Spring Training sites.

We own this timeshare and use it regularly. LOVE this facility and its location (across the street from the JW Marriott with access to pools and golf/tennis/pickleball; within walking distance of a great mall and restaurants).

Resort is nice and clean but nothing special. With the exception of the pool bar, staff were friendly and helpful. Pools were nice and not crowded. Fitness rooms were very well equipped. Property location was in the middle of a suburb. Lots of driving to get to things we wanted to do. Access to JW pool was a nice bonus. Overall vibe from the resort was very sleepy and low energy.

This is a wonderful desert property with the high Marriott standards of design and luxury. Its close to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. A great pool and there is a golf course on the property.

Great escape from the cold here at Desert Ridge in the Phoenix area! Golf galore! Great pools for fun with grandkids, including lazy river at the W nearby. We have many wonderful memories!

Canyon Villas is a great resort. We've stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and loved the full kitchen and laundry facilities in our villa. The JW Marriott is across the street where you can enjoy golf, fine dining and the pool. Nearby is great shopping and dining options, too.

Many onsite activity features, plus great pools and a spray park for kiddies. Extremely well maintained with great support staff. Within round-trip, single day driving distance to Sonoma and the Grand Canyon.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Phoenix. It is close to the 101 so easy to get to destinations. Staff is at your service at all times. The main pool is spacious so always room for you. Also a cute kiddy pool and a quiet pool for adults. Newly added is a Pickleball court. Canyon Villas has a scheduled van to take guests to the JW Marriott Hotel and to the Desert Ridge center which has restaurants, movie theaters, grocery store and other retail offerings. Both are also in walkable distance. Canyon Villas is a perfect for families, couples, groups to enjoy time in the sun.

We stay here every time we are in the Phoenix area and always have a great time! Convenient location, nice & quiet resort.

Great location. Two golf courses on site. Close the Waste Management golf tournament which is going on that week.

In phoenix this week is home to the very popular PGA Waste Management Tournament. My first time share purchase was Canyon Villas mainly for its trade value ie beauty, access to great golf courses, sedona area, access to J.W. Marriott Resort and Spa Scottsdale and its resort course called Wildfire. Pools are fantastic including water park area for children and pickleball access..proximity to great sites ie Phoenix Botanical Desert Garden and MIM (music instrument museum)

Canyon Villas is a great place for a week of fun & sun. Marriott vacation properties are high quality resorts. It has its own beautiful pool complex and amenities. The adjacent JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort is a short walk away too. You may be able to use the amenities @ the that resort, which include two championship golf courses & a beautiful pool complex, depending on restrictions the resort has at the time. Canyon Villas is near multiple MLB Spring Training sites, golf courses, shopping, attractions & a wide variety of restaurants. The Desert Spring Shopping Center is a 2 minute car ride away & has a grocery store, movie theater, shops, restaurants & more. Of course, the weather is frequently sunny & warm in March.
