Marriott's Canyon Villas at Desert Ridge Reviews & Ratings

Have been going there on a regular basis for about 18 years. It's kept up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the pool bar and grill. Fine dining available at the J W Marriott across the street, and a number of nice restaurants as well as shopping in the Desert Ridge Shopping Center across the highway. 2 golf courses on property, and others nearby.

We loving coming to this vacation club to get away from the cold and snow in the winter. The grounds are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. My children love the courtyards with pickle ball, shuffle board, basketball, and ping pong. We love the activities and events held each afternoon. We all look forward to coming back each year.

Ideal Location in north Phoenix near all the great Scottsdale locations. Easy access to all parts of the city and the spring baseball parks

Wonderful resort adjacent to the JW Marrriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort where you will share privileges at the resort ( pool, golf, spa, restaurants, etc) accessible by free shuttle between the resorts. The golf courses are spectacular and offer various free clinics and discounted rates to those staying at Canyon Villas. Nearby Desert Ridge Marketplace boasts a variety of boutique shops and unique dining experiences. Spring trading baseball games abound, as well as close access to Mayo Clinic and world renowned golf courses.

This is an amazing property, you have access to the JW Marriott pools (lazy river), restaurants, shops, 30 min from the Phoenix Sky Harbor, 2 hour drive to Sedona. Great shops and restaurants in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, two golf courses, museums, hiking trails! There is something for everyone!

Great place for a winter escape! Located close to restaurants, golf, hiking and shopping. Numerous museums and other cultural attractions nearby. Staff is always friendly and competent. Marriot sleeping accommodations are famous! It's next door to the JW Marriott which has its own attractions.

Great pools, snack bar. Close to Desert Ridge Mall. Across from JW Marriott.

Excellent location for golf (onsite). Guests also have privileges at the JW Marriott infinity pool next door. Complimentary shuttle for nearby grocery store (Albertsons).

This resort has everything you want and need. This is a typical Marriott resort. It is in a great location. Close to Scottsdale and TPC Scottsdale. On-site golf course, swimming pools, a fitness center, and dining. I have stayed there a number of times and have enjoyed it. We now live in Arizona so do not need to use it any longer

Get away from the cold and enjoy the sun by the poolside. Great golf nearby. Lots of hiking in the area and the Grand Canyon is only a few hours away!

You will find yourself convenient to Phoenix/Scottsdale BUT once you're in the resort, the beauty of the property will isolate you from day to day trials and tribulations! Numerous pools. Shade. Activities. Beautiful villa. And the friendliest, most accommodating staff ever! If I wasn't having surgery, we'd be there in a heartbeat! But delaying into later 2023 prevents hubby from being there due to work constraints!

Best place in Scottsdale. Very convenient and easy access to all the area has to offer.
