Marriott's Fairway Villas at Seaview Reviews & Ratings

The Fairways are one of the nicest Marriotts we have stayed in and we have been to quite a few. The resort is quiet but very kid friendly with a nice camp program for them. There is the Elizabeth Arden Spa on the timeshare premises with its own quiet outside pool and a lovely indoor pool. There is also a nice spa lounge and small restaurant. The resort is adjacent to the Seaview Country Club also owned by Marriott. The Country club has its own indoor and large outdoor pool. So in total there are four pools for very few people. If you golf there are two 18 hole courses and numerous putting ranges and 2 driving ranges. What we loved were the great restaurants in the area, the mild temperatures in the Spring and summer, the proximity to the Borgata in AC and the way we are always treated by the wonderful staff at the Fairway Villas at Seaview Country Club.

We have been to this resort six times and cannot wait to go back each time. It is a classy vacation that is not presumptious. It is a great place for anyone, seniors, couples, kids, teens and young families. Go there you will not be disappointed.

Great Place enjoy all it has to offer!! This property is a wonderful resort vacation. It is not a large resort, however it has a lot of activities and the villas are well appointed. There is a golf course, driving range, and adult pool and adult hot tub completely separate from the main pool area. The adult pool area was too quiet for us. We went over to the main pool area which has a zero entry pool as well as a large splash pad. Lots of chairs around the pool areas. It has indoor and an outdoor pool tables, ping pong, corn hole, a large gym, an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor chess, and outdoor connect four, just to name a few things. There is a game room on-site, a small marketplace and a small place to order food and eat outside or at your villa. The villas have been updated. The room has a table that seats 8 comfortably. One section of the seating is a long build in bench seat. The kitchen is very aesthetically pleasing with all you need to cook, should you choose too. The 2nd bathroom has your standard bath tub. There is also a large utility room with a washer and dryer. The property is about 20 minutes from Atlantic City.

Fairway Villas is 20 minutes from AC and 30 from Ocean City. Close by is also the cute village of Smithville with all the specialty shops. The resort has all two bedroom villas, an indoor and outdoor pool, pingpong and other fun activities.

We have had ownership for many many years and have enjoyed the units and the golf facility.

Marriott Seaview is beautifully maintained. Great for kids and adults. Golf adjacent to the property, pools, playground and a short ride to Atlantic City. Casinos, shows, restaurants await you. Explore Ocean City, NJ for a fun family day and visit Cape May to see the well preserved Victorian homes and amazing dining. So much to do from this centrally located resort.

We love this place!

There are six three-story buildings with ten rooms on each floor, making a total of 180 units. All are two-bedroom, two-bath units. The master bedroom has a double sink area with a hot tub. A door leads to the private part of the bath with a large shower and toilet. The other bedroom is just as large and has direct access to a bathroom with sink, tub/shower combination, and toilet. This bathroom is also accessed through another door from the main living area. This second bedroom also has a couch which opens into a bed that sleeps two. Both bedrooms and the living room have large flat screen HD TVs.

The kitchen and living area are one large room. There is a couch here also that opens to sleep two. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. They even provide paper towels, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and tissues which could last the week. Starter coffee, salt, pepper, creamers, and laundry detergent are there to last the first day or night.

Two other areas that we take full advantage of are the laundry/storage/utility room off the kitchen. The washer and dryer make packing easy. the other area we live is the screened-in porch off the living room. Every unit in the complex is identical.

After check in, you are responsible for bringing your own luggage to the rooms. They provide pushcarts and one elevator per building. We kind of enjoy this, but it could be a problem if you are elderly or disabled. I'm sure if that were the case, they would provide help.

What to do here? Atlantic City, pools, ocean, golf, spa, fitness centers, restaurants, tennis, outlet shopping, wineries, and much more---everything is either right outside your door or about fifteen minutes away.

We have been going for about fifteen years. The units are clean, updated yearly in some manner, and homey. Again, we love it!

Well maintained Marriott Time Share Resort within close proximity to Atlantic City and entire New Jersey shore. Resort is also on same grounds as Seaview Resort and owners have access to two beautiful golf courses - one (Bay Course) used for a LPGA tournament annually. Resort units are all 2 BR, 2 BA with full kitchens. Great location and great amenities!

Beautifully situated between the two Seaview Golf Course, minutes from the Jersey Shore beaches and Atlantic City. The two bedroom villas are spacious, fully equipped with every amenity and immaculately clean. The gorgeous outdoor pool and fun activities on the resort make Fairway Villas the perfect destination for families and golf fans.

Fairways Villias is a great place for families to gather. There is a golf course on the premises, driving range. The resort is 10-12 minutes to Brighten Beach. 15 minutes to Atlantic City. 25 minutes to Ocean City.

Great facility. Terrific golf, tennis, swimming and easy access to Atlantic City resorts.
