We love this resort - two golf courses on the property, indoor and outdoor pool, walking path, Red Door Spa on property, and the Seaview Hotel is a nice place to have a cocktail. Lots of restaurants to choose from and sites to visit. 15 minute drive to Atlantic City casinos and beaches, so many options to entertain our family!

Love the location, next to top of the line golf courses a few miles away from Smithville which is a lovely small shopping village with the old time feel. About a 15-minute drive to AC for the casino night life if interested and beaches during the daytime.

Tucked away but yet very convenient to a number of nice things to do.

Thank you for an amazing before "new normal" school started at the end of August. This was our first time here and we loved it. The majority of the families followed all the COVID rules (we did have words with a select few without masks on- not even children/was adults). BUT my kids had a blast. The room was very clean, I loved the extra everything already in the room like dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and towels. It was the perfect escape staying in NJ. We didn't get to do any of the other amenities besides the pool but look forward to coming back after this all ends. I just realized I never posted this as I was on redweek. Thanks again!

Spent a peaceful January 2013 week here on an II exchange. We had never been to this part of NJ and were surprised to find much to do in addition to Atlantic City casinos. The unit is just perfect: very spacious for a couple, but could handle more easily. Very well equipped, and clean. Common areas also super clean. The gas fireplace did not start a couple of times and "engineering" came within 15 minutes to restart it. They were efficient and concerned that we comfortable. Told us the appliances are being updated, so they will repair the sink link we reported at that time.

Why only a "4" for the staff? There was no guide book for the resort anywhere in the unit. Not even a TV listing of channels! Each person we questioned about it had a different answer, varying from telling us there must be one there, to "oh, we are updating them & haven't finished yet". We did have some problems at check-in also, because the unit was not ready and the fellow who was supposed to call us did not do so. He was very indifferent to our needs. Yet all week on the grounds the staff was extremely helpful. Maybe they expect all guests have been there before?

The shopkeepers at Smithville were also very helpful and friendly. We will go back in warmer weather!

We have stayed here many times. Convenient to Atlantic City but adds being at a relaxed fully appointed resort. Never crowded and all the amenities of a top notch resort.

2 great golf courses at the resort and many more nearby. The practice facilites are great and can be used for free. Practice your pitching and sand game.

Love the Red Door spa and the adults only tranquility pool. Large outdoor pool for familily and an indoor pool at the hotel.

Full brand new kitchens with all you need to cook full meals if you loke or go to nearby restaurants. Many to choose from. We love staying here.

We had two 2-bedroom units on June 21-28, 2009. We were in Units 1034 and 1035 (some of the older units, but you wouldn’t know it!). Units ending in 10-19 are first floor; 20-29 are second floor; and 30-39 are third floor. (If you have active kids, you may want to request a first floor unit, so that you don’t disturb people below you. We got a call from the people below us.)

The units were in excellent condition. Very nice! Included in each unit: washer, dryer, whirlpool tub (master bedroom), three TVs, on DVD player, full kitchen, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, king bed in master bedroom, queen bed and sleeper sofa in other bedroom, screened porch. Towels for the pool are provided.

There are three pools: an outdoors family pool, outdoors adult pool, and indoor pool. Additional towels are available at the indoor pool. The workout facility appeared to be good, with all machines working. My wife liked the spa. There is a driving range and putting greens at the resort. We were too busy to use the onsite golf course.

Everyone on staff was very helpful. The concierge quickly resolved an issue with the Elizabeth Arden spa. When the microwave stopped working, maintenance had a new one installed within two hours.

The nearest beach (Brigantine Beach) is 15-20 minutes away. It’s a laid-back beach. We only visited once, for dinner, and looked at part of the beach. The part where we were had limited facilities (14th Avenue, only portable toilets). I can’t speak to other areas. For beachtime, we went to Ocean City, which is 25-30 minutes away. Great place for families! Nice beaches, boardwalk with amusements, food, and light shopping.

Offsite Restaurants: The Rainforest Cafe in Atlantic City (15-20 minutes away) is fun, both for kids and adults. Good food. The enclosed deck of Laguna Surf in Brigantine has a nice view of the ocean. It’s casual. Pretty good food. We enjoyed the seafood stew. La Hacienda, just north of the resort on Route 9, has enjoyable Mexican food. We particularly liked the shrimp/fish/scallops in tin foil.

Stayed here six times. The excellent amenities: driving range, putting and pitching green as well as the Nick Faldo golf school, golf course, tennis courts, Elizabeth Arden spa and swimming pool/jacuzzi are no more than a five minute walk. Electric carts run regularly around the well maintained property if you need a ride.

There's a bird sanctuary with viewing towers, Noyes art museum, restaurants, a pristine seafood market (Rafelli's) near the winery, and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes as well as excellent and less expensive golf courses within half hour.

We think the two bedroom, 2 bath unit is very comfortable and well equipped, especially with the recent renovations. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a salad spinner would be welcomed. Double sink is nice and convenient touch in master bedroom. Villa guests now have their own pool towels and relieves the unsightly problem of guests leaving towels on the chaises when departing the pool. Parking permits are now issued to guests. Adult activities are minimal: wine tour, Cape May tour, bingo and social wine tasting. We do miss the water aerobics and yoga classes. All in all we are upgrading the resort to five stars from our previous four and half in 2005 because of improvements to the resort. A computer in the Fairway Villas center and Brigatine visitor's beach passes would also be welcomed and if we had a choice of not receiving marketing calls during our stay.

Golf, gambling, and a great time. As Gov Kean used to say; New Jersey and You-Perfect together. And as of Summer 2007, free WIFI in the units with, as we just found out, a 100 % signal. An extra treat in a wonderful timeshare.

We loved it!!! We stayed here in November 2002.

The grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. We loved the indoor pool and even treated ourselves to the Elizabeth Arden Spa.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was a huge plus. The master suite was our favorite part with oversized jacuzzi tub and private bathroom. From the third floor there was a fantastic view of A/C....amazing at night!

A/C was only a 10 minute ride and we didn't mind it. It was nice to not be in the hectic city.

Smithville was just a short drive away and we thought it was great. Many little shops with a historic flair. Great food. A nice theater with a cute little holiday show. Place to feed ducks and geese...set on little ponds. Even had a carousel and train ride a big hit for kids.

We even took a day trip to Cape May. We will definitely return.
