We have owned every other year pour over 20 years. We love going with our family, but unfortunately, we cannot use it this year as we have a conflict.

Beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya area very clean, friendly staff location to tourist attractions, Tulum. Villas have a hot tub on the balcony overlooking pools and the ocean. Near beach elevators, 30 Years left every year Week 7 Best Week, break from winter.

Beautiful resort located in Playa Del Carmen with easy access to downtown Playa for shopping and dining. Staff go over and above to ensure the experience is above expectations. Spacious 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen. Housekeeping provides impeccable service each day.

Great fourth floor Penthouse Villa located in center building section, with pool and ocean views. Good location close to lobby, market, Rotunda bar, restaurants and multi-purpose room. Easy access to main La Palapa restaurant, Pizza restaurant, pools, and pool grills. We have enjoyed this unit with family and friends since 2009. Unfortunately, our travel days are behind us. As an owner the All Inclusive is optional. Glad to answer any questions.

This timeshare is the best in the Royal Resorts Collection! These Hacienda points are valued higher than those of the other Royal Resorts which gave us the freedom to change weeks, locations and room types for ourselves and family members. If you already have designated Hacienda points, these extra points would be a great investment for you!

Beach front, first floor location. Walk out tp the beach and enjoy the sunrises etc. Royal Haciendas is a 5 star resort with excellent amenities, restaurants and service.

Great Resort Am member here since 2006, enjoyed every year for a few weeks. Very relaxing safe and secure. Will be at resort again this year during these weeks, just combining with family in their unit.

The third floor ocean front units are penthouses. One of the best views of the ocean from this resort. Downtown is just minutes away by free shuttle or taxi. The Royal Haciendas is one of nicest resorts in Playa del Carmen.

We have been going to The Royal Haciendas for many years. The staff is super friendly; the facilities are spotless and well maintained. Bedrooms get cleaned daily. Several restaurants on site with great selection of foods. Easter week.

Quiet not crowded Class a condition

This resort is a beautiful place, we have been coming here for 20 years with family. Just not able to come in 2026. It's a very family resort with things to do with the kids. If you want a place to relax it's very inviting.

Very clean and safe, with on-site restaurant options for you and your family. If you choose not to eat on property, there is a resort shuttle which will take you into Playa del Carmen.

We bought our penthouse at The Royal Haciendas in 2005. We have loved it every time that we are there. The resort and the rooms are always very clean. And the staff is very friendly. My wife loves the two person jacuzzi on the balcony.

We are original pre-construction owners and have gone at least one, sometimes two, weeks every year (except covid lockdown). We love the staff and attention we get. We're not high activity seekers so we only go to town a couple nights and relax and listen to the waves day after beautiful day.

Resort is very well maintained. Grounds are beautiful. Two great pools plus a kids play pool. Very peaceful resort. Highly recommend.

This resort is very welcoming from the minute you walk through the doors. Excellent food choices. Beautiful room kept very clean as well as the entire property. Spa is top notch and I highly recommend. 25 yrs Royal owner and still our happiest place to vacation.
