Plenty of things to do at the resort and many things to see and do in the town of Playa del Carmen. Great restaurants in Playa and excellent food at the resort.

We're offering our beautiful week at Royal Haciendas. As long-time members, we love the resort's white-sand beach, incredible turquoise water, and top-notch amenities. The friendly staff makes us feel right at home, and the resort has everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. While downtown Playa del Carmen is very close, you'll find it hard to leave this comfortable retreat! As long-time members, we'd also be happy to share our personal advice and recommendations to help you make the most of your trip.

We are owners of this resort and love coming each year. This unit is on the top floor and closest to the beach. Very Quiet. The service at the Royal Haciendas is wonderful

We have enjoyed the Royal Resorts for decades with our family and meeting many same time next year friends over the years . The staff are long time employees who are wonderful and make each return a wonderful holiday.

We have been going here with our entire family for 20 years. Love the place. Only reason we are not returning this year is that our daughter is getting married. This villa has small grass area for kids to play and is perfectly located with easy access to pools, activities and beach. You will love it.

Fantastic "penthouse" unit. Great service, Beach/Ocean Front location, Several Restaurant options onsite, with full kitchen in the unit as well, and all-inclusive available as well. This is one of the first timeshare facilities in Cancun and the Yucatan peninsula and they have always done an excellent job. Golf very near by; Possibly Tennis on grounds; They also have access to touring services, rental cars for anywhere on the peninsula. You will be satisfied with your stay here...Awesome, Fantastic!!!

I’ve been vacationing here every year for 15 years. I love the laid back vibe and the better food. Royal Haciendas are next level up from Cancun, in my opinion.

IF YOU WANT BEACH & QUIET + CLOSE ACCESS TO TOWN THIS IS THE PLACE Beach directly below veranda. Week 5 in same unit available, no hassle of change between weeks. Easy access to stairs to beach or pool. Great view of pool area from front door balcony also.

The Royal Haciendas is a family resort conveniently located to downtown Playa del Carmen’s 5th Avenue with wonderful restaurants and shopping. The ferry to Cozumel is on the south end of the Avenue and multiple ruins, cenotes, and other fun tours are in close proximity.

The resort has multiple restaurants, a new kids water park, a wonderful spa, fun activities, a large pool, hot tubs and some of the best diving and snorkeling right off of the beach. You can access free water sports equipment at the sports desk as well as beach towels. A personal concierge is at your service during your week.

This is a penthouse unit with more square footage on the top floor of building B which is more than comfortable for a family. A personal hot tub is on the balcony. You have a view of the Caribbean and also overlook the large pool. Units are kept spotless.

The best part is the unit is easily rented either through Interval Servicing or on multiple FB pages for owners. You can rent the entire unit or just part since there is a lock off.

We've been coming annually to RH for over 12 years and love it. The staff is outstanding, the upkeep is terrific and the food on property and in nearby Playa del Carmen, varied and very good. Great for families, couples and singles with tons of activities for all age groups.

Very friendly staff and clean resort. Always looks well kept. Beautiful gardens and large kid pools, separated from adult pools. Children pool has slides and fountains! I love the free shuttles to 5th Ave at Playa.

Great place for all ages and multiple generations of families. We have been enjoying this resort for 18 years. The staff are all wonderful. The restaurants are full of choices. Other guests are always fun to meet. The more you come, the longer you will want to stay.

We stayed on 2nd floor oceanfront next to the restaurant. Beautiful & quiet as there are only 3 units on that whole floor section. Love the hammocks and swim up bar.
