We love the Royal Haciendas! So do our children, grand children and friends we brought down with us. If we didn't have a life change, we would have loved to keep going until 2055!

A beautiful resort with incredible amenities and services! All villas boast private balconies with jacuzzis and spacious, well-appointed suites. Friendly staff and gorgeous grounds. Peaceful location and there are an abundance of pool and beach chairs/palapas. Highly recommend!

Great family resort, reasonably priced all inclusive. Immaculate grounds and very clean and modern rooms.

Beautiful oceanside resort minutes from Playa del Carmen. This all inclusive family friendly resort features five restaurants, two large pools, one kiddie pool, and an Aqua park. On site amenities include a luxurious full Service Spa, laundry service, a Dive shop, Tennis courts, a concierge, and a grocery store, all on beautiful well kept grounds. Championship golf is nearby. The units are clean and spacious with ocean or grounds views, with a jetted tub on the main veranda. The food is good, the staff are friendly and professional. Lovely resort!.

Beautiful resort close to cute Playa del Carmen and many attractions such as Xcaret Large beautiful apartments with two bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies. Ocean front second floor (this section of the resort only has 3 floors). close to the main pool and jacuzzi and free gym. free bikes, there is a pedestrian/bike path that goes from the resort to downtown Playa del Carmen-Nice!! the resort offers laundry (they wash and fold the cloth) for a low price. daily activities for adults and kids. two large pools and if preferred, kids can go to the kids pool. one pool for only swimming. free shuttle to downtown Playa del Carmen Very clean, comfortable, super nice staff Inside the resort a great travel company, "Thomas Moore"- they are very helpful. The resort has excellent reviews (e.g., TripAdvisor, Hotels. com, booking.com)- suggest to read the reviews

Have been going to this resort since it opened. Staff is friendly and efficient. Daily housekeeping is a plus. Restaurants offer fine dining, and the food is always great. Made many new friends at the resort over the years.

We are original owners of the unit and my kids (now 43, 35 and 32) still love coming here. The resort is very close to Playa del Carmen which is a must see when you're in Mexico. The food options are excellent and the unit is much larger than units in other resorts.

Great pool activities. Palapas on the beach with wait services.

We love this place and have been coming since 2006 with our family of 5. The colors, pools, gardens, beach and service are all top notch. My only complaint is that as an owner it has become impossible to do internal exchanges, leaving us to rely on redweek, etc. to find availability.

Staff at the Haciendas are first rate. We have never had a bad experience. The staff remembers us every time we go and greet us by name. They go above and beyond to make sure you stay is everything you want it to be.

The resort is one of the cleanest I have ever been to. The grounds are well kept.

The restaurants on site are great but the resort is close enough that you could ride a bike, take a shuttle, or taxi into Playa del Carmen and eat and many wonderful restaurants there.
