Plenty of room for everyone. Oceanfront with amazing views. Multiple pools and ocean to choose from. A variety of good restaurants on site and nearby..

Peaceful and Restorative Stay. I stayed at this resort with my child, and we were deeply moved by the quality of the welcome, the cleanliness of the space, and the serenity that surrounds it. The staff is attentive, discreet, and kind. The accommodation was spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly located to enjoy tranquility while staying close to amenities. This stay was a true moment of recentring and rest for me. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking comfort, peace, and light.

Dawn Beach Club was relaxing and we enjoyed the infinity pool and beach so much. We ordered food right at the pool bar and they serve great drinks too. We had three couples so the 3 King bedrooms were perfect. We had a tv in each bedroom and all could enjoy the living area comfortably together. The ocean views were so beautiful watching the sun come up and the sailboats going by. We enjoyed both the Dutch side and French side during our stay. We can’t wait to get back there.

Great relaxing atmosphere and incredible infinity pool with cabanas, swim up bar, food, and restaurant. Service is impeccable and the entire grounds are well maintained.

I love Dawn Beach Club. The resort is very clean with so many things to do. The pools are immaculate and huge! Units are HUGE!!! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, washer/dryer, refrigerator, range, dishwasher and huge dining table. Restaurants are always top notch. The staff is always helpful and enjoying a ground level, waterside unit is perfect - no stairs or elevators. This is a perfect place to enjoy the best the Caribbean has to offer!

Our family enjoyed the villas and the shared facilities (pool, bar, beach, fitness center) with JW Marriott. There was immediate access to the French and the Dutch sides of the island.

Large (1800 sq ft) timeshare condo overlooking Dawn Beach in Oyster Bay. Beautifully maintained unit, with full access to the amenities of the adjacent fully refurbished JW Marriott. Resort is on the Dutch side very close to the French border. The hotel offers several dining options, including casual pool-side served lunches and beverages, as well as upscale restaurants with both indoor and outdoor seating. Several high quality restaurants, on both sides of the French border, are within a very short drive.

I can confidently say it's an absolutely incredible experience at Dawn Beach Club in St. Martin. From the moment we arrived, there's priority check-in for owners. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service, setting the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The resort is in a prime spot on the island, with stunning views of the turquoise ocean waters and a beautifully maintained private beach. The accommodations are top-notch — spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. It truly felt like we were in our own little slice of paradise. What truly sets Dawn Beach Club apart is the resort's range of amenities, from a fantastic infinity pool to a fully equipped fitness center, and it never feels crowded. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with fresh seafood and local flavors, making every dining experience something to look forward to. We also loved the laid-back vibe of the beach bar, perfect for enjoying a refreshing cocktail. The J W Marriot is next door, and all its facilities are also open for Dawn Beach Club guests. The price is two for one.

Pristine, 5 star accommodations. On property with new J.W. Marriott luxury hotel. Access to all amenities, including restaurants, full spa, swim-up bar, and steps to the ocean. Close proximity to the French side of the island and a short drive to downtown Philipsburg Boardwalk! An amazing vacation location whether looking to relax or experience all that the island has to offer.

Owners since 2012, we are consistently impressed by the staff's pleasant efficiency, the condo's cleanliness and comfort, and the easy access to beach and pool. We highly recommend a small French restaurant within a mile of the resort, Oasis. .

Dawn Beach Club is 100% class. This is a very special place with the support of a J W Marriott on the property. On the Dutch side but on the French border - super close to great beaches and restaurants if you want to venture off the resort.

Dawn Beach Club is a beautiful Time Share property on the same property that now has a JW Marriott hotel recently opened in March of 2024. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms these vacation timeshares offer nearly 1600 square feet of beautifully furnished vacation homes. Now with the JW Marriott open walking access to restaurants serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Two swimming pools (one large and the other a comfortable relaxing pool with ocean views. The JW Marriott should only enhance the investment value of these timeshares.

Have stayed here many times and in several different units...all were great! They are known for their comfortable beds and they ARE! There is an on site restaurant and a number of others in the area. The location is between Orient Beach and downtown Philipsburg and beach...both places we spend a lot of time at . Always a GREAT vacation!

The Dawn Beach Club Resort is a five star resort on one of the best beaches in St. Maarten. All the units have three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room, with a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony with view. (unit includes parking and internet) The newly built JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa is connected to the Dawn Beach Club.

Resort has Westin Hotel Amenities access, gorgeous location, super fun island with a lot to do and it makes a great vacation spot for anyone or family!
