The Dawn Beach Club is a fabulous place to get away from it all. The units are spacious & well appointed. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful with sightseeing suggestions, reservations, etc. The units are only steps away from a gorgeous swimming pool with swim up bar. The daybreak views are stunning and well worth setting an alarm not to miss. I'm looking forward to the opening of the Marriott Hotel which shares amenities with the timeshare guests. The Marriott is due to open in Mar 2024 and replace the Westin which was severely damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017.

We love this resort and the island of Saint Martin. This resort is located right in the middle of everything and is an easy drive to almost every beach on the island. Great food and restaurants close by. We have a great view of St. Barths from our patio and the ground floor beach front walk out is AMAZING!!

Completely renovated resort in beautiful Dawn Beach. This resort offers it all. Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit includes full kitchen with bar seating, open concept to beautiful dining area and living room. Sliding glass doors open to two beachside decks.

Large, stunning beachside pool with infinity edge and swim up bar. Poolside cocktail and food service available. This place feels like home.

My husband and I spent our 30th Wedding Anniversary there and it was an amazing week! The amenities, prompt service and QUIET surroundings and SPACE made our stay one to be long remembered. Although the renovations were going on next door with the introduction of Marriott Hotel later this year, it did not detract from our celebratory week. Will return again and again!

This resort is right on the ocean. It's gorgeous, the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have fun, and the condos are the most beautiful I've ever stayed in. I've been timesharing since the 80's and I've never seen such high end furnishings. The location is the best as it's on the Dutch side but just a jaunt from the French side where you'll enjoy world class cuisine....right on the beach (check out the restaurants in Grand Case!) The beaches are not crowded. It was heavenly!

This is a wonderful resort and the view from the time share unit building is breathtaking out to sea with St. Barths in view. The units were entirely rebuilt after the last hurricane so they are in as-new condition from the beds and appliances right down to the silverware and plates. Ideal for an extended family or three couples all in separate bedrooms.

We've been coming for years, its Perfect for quiet getaway to rejuvenate. Resort is waiting for a hotel to claim it and offer other wrap around amenities again. With a car the experience is just right!

Since we went to St. Maarten the first time we fell in love with the island. We decided to go every year to have our family trip vacation there. Dawn Beach Club offers you the calmness, the joy, the distraction, the beach that you need in order to have the best vacation ever. Having the possibility to bring your whole family and stay all in one place is a + for us. We love to have our own beach just to relax whenever we want. Never disappointed, always is a pleasure to go there and enjoy the island

This is a beautiful, luxurious 3 bedroom condo with super comfortable king size beds, 2 full baths, great views, full size washer/dryer and full size kitchen, if you desire to prepare your own meals. Watching the sun rise at Dawn Beach is breathtaking!! Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dawn Beach Club during the Thanksgiving holiday 2021. Excellent beach access with an amazing infinity pool. The three bedrooms condo was specious and comfortable with all the latest amenities you can imagine. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. Evenings at the beach or your balcony provide beautiful views of the sun setting. Wheelchair accessible with the elevator at the parking garage. Friendly staff and daily activities/entertainment schedule makes it a great place to relax and have fun.

Dawn Beach Club stretches along the shore of Dawn Beach on the island's Dutch side. Guests will enjoy luxurious 1,800sqft accommodations with a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, spacious living areas (that include 2 additional pull out sleeper couches), and DVD players with flat screen TVs in each room. Washer and dryer are in the room, and the buildings were all thoughtfully built so that every room enjoys a wonderful view of the world-famous Dawn Beach. Every building has elevators and the on-site amenities ensure you can spend your entire vacation on property and want for nothing. With the on-call room service, you won't even have to leave the condo to enjoy Caribbean life to your complete satisfaction.

The Westin Dawn Beach Resort and Spa has casino gaming, concierge services, three restaurants, the Hibiscus Spa, a kids' club, and an oceanfront freshwater pool with a swim-up bar and a giant oversized hot tub right there on the beach.

The island has a diverse selection of outdoor activities, including watersports and boating (I recommend Captain Alan's Boat Charters next door at Oyster Pond), horseback riding, zip lining, and relaxing on any of the 37 magnificient beaches. You can rent a car or schedule any island-wide activity right the in the front lobby. There are also a variety of shopping and dining options on both the Dutch and the French sides, I guarantee you will love it and want to come back. We have been back every year we get a chance to go.

Our family loves it on this island, and we would go every year if we could. And remember the condo offers ample room for up to 8, so bring the whole family and friends.

The three bedroom condo units are amazing. They are very nicely appointed. have a great kitchen, nice size living/ dinner area, washer/dryer, and wonderful views. Lots of space for families and friends to enjoy. Great location with restaurants and mini food markets close by.

Loved our stay. The unit was great. More than enough room for 6 or 8 adults. The amenities and staff were excellent. We all had a wonderful time and looking forward to going back. dlp

This is an absolutely beautiful timeshare property where I have stayed three weeks last year including the summer and for New Year's as well. The 3/3 units are huge and provide ample space for more than one family. The kitchens are fully equipped and have stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer in the unit is a plus as well. The views of sunrise and the beach are spectacular. The surf is a bit rough so be careful if swimming with children or are not a strong swimmer. The pool is beautiful and the poolside service was great. Yes, the timeshare sales people can be annoying. But, if you simply say "no thank you," they should not bother you again. You will need a rental car to enjoy the island. Overall, a beautiful place to enjoy with family and friends.

The resort is located nicely between the Dutch and French sides of the islands. Picturesque views from the resort. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities are magnificent. Highly recommend to friends and family

just about every room in resort has an awful mildew smell. staff was very unhelpful with this, and the couple we were staying with had to move into hotel portion, as one of them had a health issue that she was afraid would be exacerbated by the mildew. in addition, when you do walk in the hotel portion, you are bombarded by time share representatives trying to coerce you into taking one of their tours. once, twice, three times over the course of a vacation would be acceptable, but this occurred at least 3 times every single day, annoying is an understatement. A hotel representative was supposed to get back to us regarding our concerns, but we still have not heard from her or the time share, and we were there in march. the resort has great potential, but it is a far way off from reaching it
