Beautiful, well-maintained units in a great location. Easy to walk to several shops and restaurants, and of course the beach. A very peaceful place to spend time in Maui.

Staying at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka'anapali Beach is a memorable experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and easy access to the beach and walkway that connects to other properties and Whalers Village. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have luxurious touches. One of our favorite aspects of the rooms are the large balconies that offer a full ocean view and plenty of seating. We have stayed at this resort many times and have always had a positive customer experience as well - the staff are kind and take pride in the services they offer.

Been going to Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach for ten years, staying in a 2-bedroom villa. The villa is spacious with all the necessary accoutrements. It is the front large front deck that spans the entire width of the villa, with a full ocean view and view of Lanai, just 7 miles away, which takes your breath away. We watch whales breaching from there during the January/February whale season

This is a wonderful property in an excellent location! The staff are wonderful, and they take great care of all the guests. There are many amenities on site. Nothing better than waking up on Ka'anapali beach!

Rental is on 9, 10, 11, or 12th floor. Request the “knuckle”, it’s the best room . Right next door to the Hyatt Regency Kaanapalli, With access to to both resorts amenities. The pool at the Regency next door is quite nice.

We have been coming here since the property opened in 2015. Our experience has been perfect every time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the room! We have stayed in many different timeshare properties and this property has been the best so far. The oceanfront lanai (that feels as big as a hotel room) is where our family spends a lot of time if we are not exploring Maui. The kitchen has everything we need. But if something is not there, housekeeping always seems to fulfill our requests. Our children love the fact that they have access to all the Hyatt Regency hotel pool and amenities, as well as the amenities of the Vacation Club. There are always chairs available at the pool, no matter what time of day. The property is at the end of Kaanapali so it doesn't seem as busy on the walkway as the other properties. We love that. Finally, we love the fact that there is awesome snorkeling right at the property and Canoe Beach is right next door. Sandy beach, shallow entry, great snorkeling with many turtles!

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the large lanai. The staff is very friendly and we love that you can just walk right on the beach.

Gorgeous location, perfect Hawaii experience including conch shell/torch lighting each night at sunset, five star service all around and can snorkel right of the beach with the turtles!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at during our visit to the Islands. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The location provides easy access to the beach, golf, dining and shopping.

Great location, & this Hyatt Residence is a very nice resort. I've stayed at the Hyatt Hotel next door and this Ka'anapali Residence multiple times. The Residence and it's private amenities are worth the price. December 15th - April 15 is whale season in the bay. you can watch the humpbacks right from the beach of the hotel. Also, during these months, there is no recreational watercraft, so it is super peaceful.
