Boutique Residence Club with all the amenities, fabulous views and ideal location. Plenty of room for 6, fully furnished and the best balconies on the island for a mouth watering sunset. Easily get to and from beach, pool and room in minutes. It is truly one of a kind.

Very nice location and very nice place. Great place for kids. Maui is awesome even with the fires that happened. This is a must see location.

This is an amazing 3BD/3BA suite, with an expansive view from Lahaina to the islands of Lanai and Molokai. See the sun set every evening, and enjoy the warm breeze through the lanai doors that slide fully open to extend the living room into the large, furnished balcony. Full kitchen. Great beds. Awesome pools and facilities. Great locale, beach access, views, walk to restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful resort that is peaceful, but is a close walk to restaurants and the shops. There is a luau available to attend which is tons of fun. The beach and pool are beautiful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and make it easy to cook for the family. The staff are incredibly pleasant and make the trip worth it!

This is a top tier resort on Ka'anapali in Maui! The service and cleanliness of the resort are excellent. The views from all the 2- and 3-bedroom units are amazing, even though they don't consider the 2-bedroom units to be "oceanfront". The location is perfect for everything on the west side of Maui. And you can use the Hyatt Regency pool too. I LOVE this resort!!!

Excellent ocean front resort with beautiful rooms and views. Rooms are always very clean and well maintained, plenty of pool space and recliners.

The rooms are spacious with a full porch that looks out on the ocean. Can see the island of Lanai and the strait where humpback whales come with their calves. The pool is the best on the Ka'anapali beach for adults and kids.

It is one of the nicest oceanfront timeshare resorts anywhere.

1. More luxurious than any of the Marriott Hawaii Beach Front Resorts (both rooms and grounds are head and shoulders above Marriott)

2. Quiet and serene (not too crowded like Marriotts) with only about 150 rooms total. (No need to save chairs at the pool - there are always enough)

3. It Still includes all of the amenities of a big resort since guests have access to the large Hyatt Regency Next door with its Penguin exhibits, restaurants, and pools.

Note: ALL 3-bedroom rooms are oceanfront (closest), all 2-bedroom Villas are ocean view, and 1-bedroom villas are 1/2 ocean view and 1/2 Mountain view. (So with a 2 or 3 bedroom you are guaranteed an ocean view)

Lastly - all floors are nice, but floors 8-12 are the most desirable because you can see over the top of the Hyatt Regency to the south for the widest view of the ocean. Having stayed on lower floors, though, I can say the view from lower floors is still amazing, too.

In summary - you get all of the benefits of a big Marriott with none of the drawbacks that the crowds bring.

There is one downside - the beach in front of this resort is quite eroded, so it's an oceanfront, but it's not really a "beachfront" anymore. However, you only need to walk about 5 minutes north to get to a nice, wide patch of Ka'anapali Beach.

On our last trip to Maui we stayed at Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka’anapali Beach and were absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and professional. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and a layout that makes it feel both luxurious and intimate.

Our unit was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, featuring high-end finishes and a full kitchen—perfect for families or longer stays. The views were stunning; we were fortunate to have an ocean-facing room, and watching the sunsets from our balcony was a highlight of the trip.

The pool area is fantastic with plenty of lounge chairs, a relaxing atmosphere, and easy beach access. The beach itself is pristine, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. There’s also a walking path that connects to nearby resorts and restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing a car.

The on-site market and concierge were convenient and helpful, and we loved having access to Hyatt’s amenities while enjoying the comforts of a timeshare.

This resort truly strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.
