With only 137 condo units at this Hyatt property. The service is outstanding. The comfort is incredible. The views are the best in Maui. Everything about this property is five star one of the finest swimming pools on Kanapali Road. The bartenders have been there for 17 to 20 years. They know you buy the first name. The pool decks are always with the finest Shea lounges umbrellas and Pool Service daily it is located at the end of Kanapali Road, so there is no walking traffic at night. It’s quiet comfort and you will feel like you are an owner.

Surrounded by wonderful people, enjoy sitting on our balcony that offers a view over the pool areas and the perfect location to sit and watch the morning sun rise and watch the whales swim by.

Located on the BEST beach in Maui, the top floor rooms are so spacious and comfortable for all with unobstructed views and an elevation not impacted by outdoor activities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a timeshare in Maui and it was truly a dream vacation. The property is located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the sand and surf. The accommodations are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The resort amenities were top-notch, including a beautiful swimming pool, on-site and nearby restaurants, and convenient access to nearby attractions and activities. We enjoyed exploring the island, visiting the stunning beaches, and indulging in delicious local cuisine.

The staff at the timeshare were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We felt completely at home in this tropical paradise and can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation in Maui.

We've stayed at a number of properties in the Hawaiian islands and have found the Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka’anapali Beach (formerly Hyatt Residence Club at Ka’anapali Beach) to be the best of the best of the best. Hyatt is the best resort, Ka'anapali the best beach/town, and Maui the best island...it's why we became owners! You really can have the vacation in paradise that YOU want: a luxury experience, an adventure, a quiet time to relax and recharge, it's up to you. You can cook all your meals in your own excellent, full kitchen if that's what you want, or enjoy the variety of options onsite or a lovely stroll down the promenade. The staff are absolutely amazing - world class hospitality professionals to make you truly feel at home.

Excellent time to visit Maui in the middle of whale watch season. Fantastic Hyatt property.

I have vacationed at the Hyatt since it opened 10 years ago and absolutely love it! The resort is quiet compared to others along the boardwalk. I also love Maui. I dive, swim with turtles, dive off Blackrock, snorkel and attend the exercise activities at the Hyatt Hotel. Best vacation ever. Also great for children and families.

Beautiful apartment with partial ocean view from main bedroom. Sleeps 5 easily with 2 fold outs and a main king. Resort staff are lovely and the place is well maintained

The best holiday experince in Hawaii. Watch whales from your balcony in February and also have some reprieve from winter in North America.

Wonderful accommodations! 3 bedroom, 3 bath units are spacious with full kitchen and amenities. Beach and waves, adult infinity pool, kid pools, grotto swim up bar, water slide ... shared access to Hyatt Regency property right next door! Activities were fabulous ... golf, yoga, pickleball, field games for the family, spa, beach, relaxing in the cabanas! We had it all! Walking distance to Whalers Village. Oceanfront beauty!
