Luxurious facilities. Lush tropical gardens. Spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom end unit. Beautiful views from the lanai. Conveniently located along Ka'anapali Beach nearby restaurants and retail shops.

I am only selling this unit because my children are going to college and we are no longer able to coordinate vacation time together, as a family. We have owned this timeshare since 2016 and enjoyed our time at this resort so much that we purchased the following week 24 in 2017, so that we could enjoy 2 weeks straight every other year, at this resort. We live in South Carolina so it was more convenient and enjoyable to have two weeks so far away from home. One week just seems too short when traveling as a family so far away from home. Both our units are for the upper floors 9 to 12, so that the ocean front view is unobscured by the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel. You are able to reserve and request specific rooms up to one year prior to arrival. We recommend room 4121 on the top floor 12, where we have stayed the last three times that we stayed at the resort.

This is literally a 5-Star resort! Cleanliness is top notch, views are stunning, staff is knowledgeable of the area and friendly, pools are beautiful and clean, walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It's a full service location and we continue to make family memories here!

Amazing resort in a beautiful tropical setting. Pure Hawaii

Great place for honeymoon, vacation, couples or family trips. Direct access to the beautiful Kanapali beach in Maui, Hawaii. Breathtaking ocean view units, very well maintained and well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Front desk staff are very friendly, accommodating and open 24/7. Families with small kids can request crib prior to the trip. Parking is valet only and first vehicle's parking is complimentary. Breakfast buffet is available at the next door Hyatt Recency Maui Resort and Spa.

Use of next-door Hyatt Regency Hotel recreational and other facilities and charge privileges like having two resorts for the price of one, a great benefit.

This is the nicest resort on West Maui in my opinion. Ocean views are spectacular in the winter months and can see many whales from your lanai.

Amazing location, top notch service and help. Awesome for families and groups with gourmet kitchen, huge lanai for enjoying sunsets, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and amazing grounds.

We rented before we purchased and absolutely love our accommodations and views of the beautiful grounds fronting the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets are one of the best times as well.

Hyatt is always a wonderful place to stay in Hawaii. The pool is great and you can watch the whales from the beach. You also have access to the Hyatt Regency next door.

Nearly perfect resort. The view is PHENOMENAL being ocean front and with the unit guaranteed on the top three floors.

See for miles in all directions while sitting on the oversized lanai. Our kids love sleeping on the outdoor bed (not counted in sleeping capacity so it's a bonus!)

Lovely amenities, two beds, two baths, full kitchen, on site shops and restauarants, so many pools (including a waterslide and a waterfall). We wish we could hold onto it forever, but had some life changes so it's time to pass it to someone who can enjoy this diamond.

We absolutely love the Hyatt! The staff is so friendly, the views are amazing and the rooms are newly refurnished. Whale watching season is absolutely incredible, you can sit on the lanai and watch as they jump out of the water. You also get access to all of the pools both at the Hyatt Residence Club and Hotel. There are also so many fun activities for adults and little ones like Lei making, Movie night and lots of games/ toys you can check out. It is guaranteed to be an amazing time!

We have been coming here for 10 years and call this our special place. This is a very special place in an ideal location.

This resort is fantastic and is definitely a family favorite! The villa is spacious and pristine inside, and the ocean view from any room in the resort is unbelievable! If you go during whale season Nov - May you will see whales playing in the ocean frequently while sitting on your balcony!! The resort grounds are gorgeous and the staff makes you feel like family! I have travelled to 25 countries and this resort is one of my favorite places in the world!! Mahalo Hyatt Vacation Club!!

This is the most amazing resort on Ka’anapali Beach in Maui! The 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean front units are to die for. Full kitchens, living room, primary bedroom with a bathroom soaking tub, shower and double sinks. Washer and dryer in unit. The lanai is incredible and has terrific views of the ocean and all the excitment that cones with it. Full access to the Hyatt Regency resort next door, and free valet parking. Sleeps 6 people easily with the queen sofa bed in the living room. Awesome place!!

This is the top resort in the family of Hyatt Vacation Club properties! The property is extremely well maintained and is adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel right next door where all amenities are available for Vacation Club guests, It truly is a paradise-on-earth location!
