Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka’anapali Beach Reviews & Ratings

We have stayed at Hyatt Vacation club (formerly Residence club) over the years and always choose to come back. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! All the units are steps away from the beach and all 2 and 3 bedrooms are ocean view with no obstructions! Maui never gets old.

What a great vacation. Beautiful amenities, the staff was great, the rooms were spacious. Best of all...Nothing better than being able to jump in the ocean and be able to walk back to my room to grab a drink and use my own restroom. We'll be back again next year.

Best of everything for a great family vacation in Maui. Hyatt Residences offer luxurious all-suite resort with ocean-front views. Most units are 2-bedroom suites and all are ocean-front with expansive patios. Full kitchens in every unit have premium housewares: crystal glassware, german porcelain dinnerware, Cuisinart appliances, Bosch kitchen appliances. The ocean-front walking path along iconic Kaanapali Beach is a 10-minute walk to Whaler's Village Mall. Kids can use the Hyatt hotel pool slide next door -- plus basketball, bocce ball, volleyball, pickleball, daily yoga, movie night and other activities on the turf lawn by the ocean at Hyatt Vacation Club property.

We have been going since this Residence Club opened. Always a great experience.

Perfect location for sun and relaxation. Top level Lanai views and ocean breeze always make staying here a slice of heaven. Ownership enables free access to next door Hyatt hotel facilities and amenities. Location is a nice walk to Whaler's Village for shopping / eating - and a short drive to many other great local spots.

The Hyatt Residence Club in Maui is simply paradise. The rooms, views, and service is amazing. It's my favorite resort destination bar none......

We have loved this resort every time we have stayed! It's convenient for walking everywhere, is right on the beach, has a great pool and access to award winning restaurants. The 2/2 rooms on the 'knuckle' give you the biggest lanai and the kitchen has all the amenities needed to 'cook at home' if that's your style!

Fantastic ocean view property steps from the ocean and top rated Maui beach. Very new property excellent in every way. Use of both this property and the Hyatt Regency property next door. Many pools including adult and kids areas, water slide, swim up bar, Tiki bar, multiple restaurants on property, short walk to Whakers village shops and restaurants, free valet parking, daily activities for adults and kids. Ocean sports activities available to rent. Rooms are unbelievable including air conditioning and ceiling fans. 2 golf courses you can walk to. Truly paradise!! ❤️❤️❤️

This is an amazing family friendly property that is small enough to bring personal attention to each guest. There are only 12 floors so you feel like you are at a boutique hotel that is modern and tastefully appointed. From the valet who helps you with your groceries to the poolside attendants, service is friendly and impeccable. Perfectly situated on Ka’anapali beach within walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. This will quickly become your “go to” Hawaii hotel! Full uninterrupted ocean view, top floors 9-12 unit with 2 large bedrooms, one bedroom also has king size bed plus pull out sofa chair. There are 2 large beautiful bathrooms and washer/dryer. There’s also a pull out sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, large ocean facing balcony with table, chairs and chaise for all the family to relax in. Maui HEAVEN!

Amazing luxury property with a stellar oceanfront view My family and I stayed at the HRC in Maui for a week, and we were blown away by the resort. We have two teenage boys, and the 2 bed, 2 bath with a foam mattress sleeper sofa was perfect. Located right on Kaanapali Beach next door to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, you can walk to shops, restaurants and snorkeling. A nice perk we discovered was that HRC guests also have privileges at the Hyatt Regency hotel next door, including pool and room charges. However we stuck to the gorgeous and much less crowded pool at the residence property. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean with a view of Lana’i island; the full kitchen was great, and and washer dryer in unit were very convenient (think pack light!!). We ordered instacart to stock up for our in-room meals. Lahaina provisions downstairs has a small market, and food items to order for breakfast, lunch and you can order a luau style dinner delivered to your room. Property grounds are gorgeous. We could not recommend this resort more highly.

This resort is perfect for travelers who don't want to fight for lounge chairs, love to snorkel and swim in the ocean, and want beautiful accommodations. The units are spacious with comfortable beds and high end appliances. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. There are lots of activities during the week for the guests, especially the kids.

Excellent resort in every aspect. Outstanding amenities, professional and courteous staff, beautiful views and grounds. High end finishes throughout all rooms including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living area.

Excellent property. Our ocean view room on the 9th floor was perfect to watch beautiful sunset nightly. The unit was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were thoughtful and provided convenience. Start your day with yoga on the lawn; soak in the multiple pools on the property and if that’s not enough, hope over to the Hyatt Regency next door to access their pools and check out the penguins and swans there.

This resort is breath taking. My family goes here two weeks a year and we feel like kings when we stay here. Best resort on Ka'anapali beach. Huge pool and only a stone throw to the beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Our unit is a top floor unit with an amazing oceanview.

This is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo located in the Hyatt Residence club in Maui. It is fully equipped and spotless. The sunset views off the Lanai are majestic. We have been going there since 2016 and by far it is our favorite family vacation spot. However a career change makes it difficult to utilize this outstanding location. If you want to relax and destress this is the place to go.

We love this resort! We've been twice and both times we had an exceptional experience. Our kids love the pool and all of the fun activities that they have for families. The kitchen is very convenient and helps with keeping little ones on a schedule and not spending all our time going to restaurants. The location is perfect, not too close to the mall that can be noisy but close enough that you can get supplies if you need them.
