Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka’anapali Beach Reviews & Ratings

The Hyatt Vacation Club at Ka'anapali is a beautiful place to stay. Great location. The suites have a full kitchen, large living room and large lanai that is a great place to whale watch when in season (Jan - Mar is best). It is located next to the Hyatt Regency which has a number of restaurants to choose from. It's a short walk to Whaler's Village for shopping and more dining. We like this place so much we come almost every year.

Stunning, Impressive ocean views. Amenities are superb, clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Rated one of the best areas in Maui! The property is beautiful with three beautiful pools and outside bar. Use of Hyatt Regency next door. Walking to fun restaurants and bars and beach activities.

This is our favorite place. Location is ideal. Rooms are extremely comfortable with great AC, great shower pressure, luxurious beds and linens, amazing kitchen. Love the lanai so much. These units are so spacious. The onsite pools are gorgeous and the next door pools are SO fun!

This resort is the Best of the Best with Oceanfront large comfortable suites. The huge balconies are exceptional and plenty big for a group of 6-7 to lounge and whale-watch all day!

After we stock up at the Airport Costco the full kitchen is convenient if you don't feel like venturing out to a restaurant after a long day of sun and activities.

I have owned this timeshare for almost 10 years and myself and my family have really enjoyed starying there. Deluxe accomadations, walkability, clean, friendly service and spectacular views.

It's Heaven on earth! an experience you must have at least once! the level of luxury and the level of service is Bar None.

Great staff, location & views. Ocean view from apartment, plus there is a golf course at the rear of property.

The Best Resort on Kaanapali Beach. The Lania balconies off the suites are the best I have seen along this strip. They are large and well appointed, with ocean/beach/pool views that are second to none. Also have full open-door walls that lead from the Living Room to the Lania.

This was the most relaxing and ambient vacation we have ever been on. This is truly a five star resort and we look forward to returning as soon as possible the views and Island breeze are to die for.

Beautiful Hawaii for Valentine’s Day !! Week 6 is perfect Whale viewing season with beautiful, majestic performances scene from the beach front or lanai. No shortage of Aloha at the Hyatt residence!

The Residence Club is an Oceanfront Resort on beautiful Kaanapali Beach. so many things close by, you never have to leave the resort.

This resort is is highly rated because it is much more quiet and does not have masses of people. Take a short beach stroll to the popular village and shops and restaurants, and, Starbucks. This is your chance for 2024 off-market rates due to pool renovation. The Hyatt Regency next door has multiple pools and their water slide are available to use. You won't want to go anywhere else next year! But the prices are bound to be much higher!

Wonderful oceanfront property on Kanapali Beach. Beautiful decorated, very clean and well maintained. Great family resort with pool and restaurants. Sleeps up to 7 people with 2 en-suite guest rooms and pull out sofa beds. Guaranteed upper 3 floors unit of property. Unbelievable views!

This is my happy place. Nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sound of crashing waves and enjoying your morning with rich Hawaiian coffee in the large, beautiful lanai while staring at the ocean. Walk to Whalers Village, jog along the ocean path or simply stay in and cook your own breakfast with your well appointed kitchen. Staff is gracious and friendly. The resort grounds are immaculate.

This is our home away from home. We have been going this resort every year since 2015 and absolutely love it.

The rooms are incredible - you walk in and the huge panoramic sliding doors opens out to an incredible view of the beach and the island Lana'i. These doors are from both the living area and the master bedroom.

The bedrooms are very roomy, with extremely comfortable beds and both have their own private bathroom. The master suite has a huge soaker tub.

The suite has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a pull-out sofa and single pull-out lounger, so it easily sleeps seven people.

The staff are all wonderful and very accommodating. The food at the Tiki bar is fantastic, and there are several pools. One is adults only, another is great for kids with a splash area, and two more (an upper and lower) which is great for everyone.

The resort is right on the beach, and is in walking distance from Whalers Village which is full of amazing restaurants and shopping.

The Hyatt truly gives you a luxury vacation experience.
