We have owned 2 timeshares at Grand Timber Lodge for more than 20 years. We have so many great memories of ski trips with family and friends. Our kids loved it! The resort is "ski-in/ski out" with easy access to downtown Breckenridge. Breckenridge is consistently rated as one of the best and most popular ski resorts in North America. Sadly, we are reaching an age where we are not able to use it as much so it's time to let it go.

Wonderful stay! Everything is top notch with service, accommodations, and location! Breckenridge is a great home away from home with cute shops and delicious restaurants and a short and easy drive from Denver.

This property is fantastic! Games, Hot tubs, pool. Ski in and out or take the shuttle. Close to Downtown Breck with lot's of great restaurants.

Our family has enjoyed utilizing the facilities and enjoying Our time share as well as bonus time for the last 26 years. We had so many family holidays and family reunions at Grand Timber that it will always have a special place in our hearts.

I've stayed in a lot of timeshares. This one is fabulous. It's clean, well-furnished, and resplendent with all sorts of amenities (like warm robes to wear when going to the outside hot tubs). Very friendly place and a simple ski down the hill to the lifts.

A beautiful place to stay with many amenities from a game room, movie room, game room and pool and hot tub. Central to the mountain and Main Street!

We have skied at Breckenridge for many years and love the mountain and the town and the resort. But our family has changed over time, and now we have grandchildren playing varsity basketball. Makes it hard to get them together for a trip out West!

Grand Timber Lodge has been a high demand resort since build due to the walkability to downtown Breck as well as an easy walk to the Beaver Run lifts. Rivals all other resorts. We love it there. Just don't ski anymore due to injuries.

You can't beat staying at a property owned by Breck Grand Vacations! I have been a timeshare owner at three of their properties. Breckenridge is a beautiful ski town with exceptional restaurants, shopping on top of the skiing!

Grand Timber is amazing ski-in and ski-out with free transportation to beautiful downtown Breckenridge 5 minutes away! The town is beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Great location. Easy access to mountain and town. Large units and very comfortable, comfy cozy feeling resort. Relaxing. We seem to make new friends every time we are there. Have owned for 18 years...I think the 2nd year they were opened. Friendly place.

Great location and you can't beat Breckenridge almost any season. Great skiing in the winter, outdoor activities in the summer or even a restful vacation in the offseason. Grand Timber has great entertainment, pools, amenities like a movie theatre, adults only activities and more!

I've owned at Grand Timber for 25 years! Great place to stay. Ski in and ski out. Walk to town or take free resort shuttle.

This ski in/out resort is wonderful. The resort pools and hot tubs are amazing. One of the best value stays in Breckenridge.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our week since purchasing in Feb 2019. We have had many trips to the resort. We have traded in Interval and enjoyed that trip. We were supposed to retire in the mountains of Colorado but our life has taken a different direction. We now have land and livestock in Texas and traveling isn’t in the picture for us anymore. Hopefully someone will want to pick up where we left off and enjoy this beautiful resort for years to come.

Grand Timber Lodge is a convenient, well furnished, family friendly resort on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Area. The resort features hot tubs, pools, a restaurant, a game room, and a free shuttle. The resort offers a wellness spa and can arrange a myriad of activities in the area: sleigh rides, cross-country skiing, etc.
