Resort is walking distance to town, or use the free shuttle. Excellent skiing and close to the slopes.

We have been owners at Grand Timber Lodge since 2002. We love it every winter when we take our family and friends skiing.

GTL is a great place to unwind and relax. It has great amenities and staff to make your stay amazing, all in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Our family had the best week. Lots of activities, the pool and hot tubs were a hit after long hikes. Very comfortable beds and even the sleeper sofa was very comfortable.

It's the perfect lodge in the perfect ski town. Park your car and walk or take the free shuttle anywhere you want to go. Dine, swim, hike, ski, play billiards next to the giant stone fireplace. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Best place in Breckinridge for mountain and downtown access. Within walking distance to trails on mountain and downtown Breckinridge shops and resturants. Wonderful pools and spas around the resort property. Also, if you need to work while relaxing great spaces for early morning office work.

Great updated property near Peak 9 and town. Many updates through out the property. Our family had a great time there. It is setup great for families. Enjoy year round swimming in the heated pools and hot tub. Reserve a private theaters for your family to watch a movie. A phenomenal shuttle to go into town or get picked up. Park your car and don't drive all weekend! We truly enjoyed our stay!

We have been owners at Grand timber lodge for over 10 years. The property just keeps getting better. We love the Location nestled in the woods but close to town. We love the pools and the proximity to the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking in the summer. You just can’t beat this place.

Wonderful Ski in/out resort at the base of the Snowflake lift in Breckenridge, with on site restaurant, multiple pools, hot tubs, movie theater, in suite jacuzzi, ski rental, game room, and close to town with free shuttle bus access. Top rated for recycling and sustainable environmental practices!

We've been happy owners at Grand Timber for many years. Lots to do and see around the town. Must Do: Pick up the local newspaper for all the local events and dining specials.

I love this property, and the town of Breckenridge. Unfortunately, I am moving out of the country, and it will no longer be convenient for me to use my week. Most people think WINTER when they think Colorado, personally, I think summer is the best time to be in Colorado. Experience it!

Stunning Location This is really a nice property for enjoying other things that the Breckenridge/Frisco area has to offer like dog sledding, tubing, hiking, rafting and really good restaurants. Convenient amenities and restaurant, gym, hot tub and pool onsite, shuttle service and more.

Great Resort. We have been going here for 8 years and it truly is our favorite place to stay in Breck. Luxury without snobbery is the best way to describe it.

Enjoy the extended April ski season with ski in/out Accommodation's. Each unit is large and feature a granite/stainless kitchen, balcony and fireplace. The attached lockout offers a second bathroom and kitchenette. Swim inside or out in the resort’s expansive heated pools and hot tubs, reserve a movie theater room for family night, enjoy a massage in the spa, catch a game in the on-site pub, or take the worry free resort shuttle downtown Breck and leave the worry behind. This resort has an amazing experience for our family.

Grand Timber Lodge is the best resort in Breckenridge. Located on the hill with a short 5-10 minute walk to Main street, or use the convenient shuttle. Two pools and 5 hot tubs provide a relaxing day after a hike or shopping. Breckenridge is full of great restaurants, bars and several breweries, wine tasting rooms, and distilleries. The lodge is beautiful with a great restaurant and bar on site. Great food and drinks at reasonable prices. Lots of activities, and a great staff.

This has been our base timeshare for 22 years. Beautiful family friendly resort on the ski mountain. Never get tired of staying here in Winter or Summer,, so rarely trade or rent our summer or winter weeks.

This is such a great place to vacation! Every season is beautiful in Breckenridge. I love bringing my family here to enjoy the outdoors, ski, swim, and just spend time together. We will be back soon!

Breckenridge is the #1 skiing destination in the world. It possesses a charming town with a wide array of restaurants from "family friendly, to "local breweries" to "high end" - taking care of virtually ALL travelers. The activities are endless no matter what time of year one visits but what makes Breck most appealing is the people who live and work there. They are the best. Of all of the places to stay in Breck, my personal favorites (of course) are Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Lodge on Peak 7. The resort owners (Breckenridge Grand Vacation) realize that for some, skiing is not the only thing to do in the winter in breck. From bowling alleys to private movie theater rooms to game rooms and spas, there is so much to do at the resort itself. They have gone out of their way to keep things safe with Covid and are just super accomodating. I visited MANY times before I became an owner. It was a large investment and I needed to make sure that this was the place for me.
