Beautiful ski in / ski out property in downtown Breckenridge, CO with shuttle anywhere you want to go in town. Has all the wonderful amenities including ski rentals, restaurant/bar, small store, rec room, spa, movie theater, in door and outdoor heated pools, gym, etc etc. Love this place!

Right in the heart of Breckenridge, ski in/out Condo is amazing. The pools run year round, restaurant and bar, and 4 private theater rooms you can book for your own gang. Too much fun! The Christmas buzz of Breckenridge is minutes away full of shopping and amazing restaurants. Then the skiing, too much fun. Such a great place. You can beat this, we had a blast!

Amazing resort nestled in the mountains. Able to take the shuttle to a different lift or ski down to the Snowflake lift which can take you to Peak 8 or 9. LOVE the hot tubs after a day on the mountain, especially when it snows! Saloon is convenient and has great appetizers and drinks if you want to get out of your spacious room. Love that it has in-room washer/dryer so we don't have to pack as much. Full kitchen for preparing meals for the crew or grills for hearty steaks.

I've stayed here in the late spring, winter and summer. I was worried that we would miss the sking in spring but it was warm and soft. The kids loved it. Hiking, sleding and snow ball fights in T-shirts. Honestly its great place to stay any time of the year. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to ski trails and within walking distance to the town. Overall quality of the resort is superb!

Breck is one of the biggest and best ski resorts in the USA and February typically brings good snow and smaller crowds on the slopes. We have skied there in February for the last 20 years and it has always been great.

The staff is amazing and the resort is lovely and well maintained and offers easy access to all the amazing amenities Breckenridge has to offer.

Grand Timber is an amazing place to stay....so comfortable with many great amenities! Ski in- ski out, locker rooms, pools, hot tubs. Two room, two bath, fully equip kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace, private balcony, in-unit washer dryer. The primary suite has a king size bed with Jacuzzi tub. Second room has a queen size bed and comfortable sleeper sofa. Common living area also has a sleeper sofa.

We have been owners since 2005 and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The resort location is perfect. There is easy access to the Beaver Run base and Snowflake lift, and it's just a short walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge.

I can't say enough good things about the free Grand Timber shuttle service. They will get you to and from just about anywhere in town.

The resort staff, the pools and other resort amenities are outstanding.

Very comfortable, on-site amenities, restaurant, shuttle, ski/in-out, garage parking, ski rentals on site, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna, theater, kids activities.

Beautiful facility and location. We have been coming to Grand Timber for many years and our children still love it - even as adults. Comfortable, clean, well taken care of. Beautiful views and walkable too. Love seeing the foxes on property and moose from the gondola!

Wonderful ski-in ski-out resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. Great location, very nice well equipped rooms, nice restaurant & bar, and a very handy shuttle for trips into town. Skiing at Breck is great, but can be a hassle finding parking, getting from parking to the slopes, etc. Owning at Grand Timber provides heated underground parking, use of the resort facilities, and ski-in ski-out access, even when not using your reserved week. We've owned 3 different timeshares in Breckenridge - this is by far our favorite.

Grand Timber is great position in the town, quiet, with a shuttle to downtown. 5 minute walk if you don't what to ride the shuttle. Great place to get away for the summer and enjoy the city. Underground parking year round is awesome. Day passes let you take a swim or just hang out on the mountain and hiking trails. The rooms are always kept up and feel new. The space is amazing and plenty of amenities to make your dinner or grill out-

There's nothing like fresh Colorado Mountain air in the summer. Cool in the mountains and perfect for all outdoor activities. It's a perfect getaway from heat, humidity and bugs. Grand Timber Lodge is a beautiful 5 star resort nestled in all the above mentioned. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you the short distance from the resort into Breckenridge where there are many local shops and restaurants. There is a heated parking garage if you use the resort in winter along with ability to get bonus time if available during ski months. Vacation Club Interval International (exchange system) can be used for exchanging for resorts worldwide (additional required annual membership for this-$99.00/yr) Lots of flexibility and selection to exchange for quality resorts.

Two Room Kitchenette residences are well equipped with a kitchenette which includes a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove, and even a mini-dishwasher. Enjoy all of the conveniences of being at home while taking advantage of a 24 hour front desk and all of the amenities Grand Timber Lodge has to offer. Grand Timber Lodge studio residences feature a private king bed, a queen bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, allowing up to six guests.
