The was Breckenridge Grand Vacations first property. Fantastic location, great amenities, great units and quality of furnishings. Twenty years on, the many renovations make this Lodge the best value in Breckenridge.

Love this resort. You are at the base of the mountain and close to town without the busyness of being right on the slope. They have thought of everything from ski storage, underground parking, heated driveways, bar and restaurant, spa, swimming, game rooms, shuttle and of course ski-in/ ski- out. I have the best holiday memories with my kids in Breckenridge. We ski, sled, swim, play games, fondue nights, movies and watch fireworks on New Year's Eve.

This resort has it all! Ski in ski out, friendly staff, garage parking, and spacious comfortable units. I like the shuttle service so I don't have to drive my car once I arrive! The pools and hot tubs are great and well maintained. One New Years eve we watch the fireworks from the patio area around the hot tubs. Our family has always enjoyed this resort for years.

This resort is nestled against a mountain. Rustic charm and comfy furnishings make this our favorite home away from home. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Convenience of doing laundry in your cabin. Get cozy next to the Fireplace, warm up in the hot tubs or chill out at the pool. The trolley travels into charming Breckenridge where the locals offer delicious dining and wonderful specialty shops. This is the outdoor enthusiasts haven-take you pick from hiking, biking, fishing, skiing ,nature watching and so much more. We have spent many years enjoying this resort.

This is an awesome resort and close to everything in Breckenridge. The free shuttle is very helpful and staff are great. On-site ski shop is a great deal and very helpful.

This place never disappoints. Great location, roomy clean units, ski in ski out, free shuttle service, underground covered parking.

GTL is our favorite place in Breckenridge, summer or winter! It’s walking distance from downtown and the gondola, and Beaver Run (Peak 8) and Snowflake lifts are very close by. The units are beautifully outfitted and comfortable with all the comforts of home. The pools and hot tubs, are awesome! The staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s so great to park in the heated garage.

Beautiful hot tubs and swimming pools inside and out. Very close to ski lifts. Wonderful mountain town with resort-provided transportation in and out.

Best of Summer in the High Country of Colorado. Nothing better on this earth!! Mountain biking, rafting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, swimming. Awesome restaurants, breweries.

My family has used this unit for years. We have really enjoying using during the Thanksgiving week.

Beautiful lodge and beautiful location! We always had a fabulous time during our stay there. Staff very helpful and friendly. Accommodations great! Plenty of slopes to ski on at many different ability levels!

Such a great resort and location. Family friendly with on-site private movie theaters you can reserve. Dedicated shuttle from the resort to town with shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Colorado is an amazing place to vacation in the summer with low humidity and not too many bugs.

Spacious units with spectacular views. Generous outdoor spaces with multiple pools and hot tubs. Excellent location for walking around town or just hop on their free shuttle.

Grand Timber is a great place to vacation. The amenities and staff are always first rate.
